Makoto Posted December 29, 2018 Share Posted December 29, 2018 If your site is back online, there's probably no reason to keep the ticket open. The IPS team keeps an active eye on CiC and addresses issues as they come up, so it looks like they fixed whatever the problem was already. You can submit a priority ticket if your site is ever down again in the future. There should be a checkbox to mark your ticket as priority, unless that was removed.
