Finally upgraded to IPS 4.7.4 and updated to Ignore Topics 2.4.3.

When clicking on Stop Ignoring 

I get the following error

All fine in IPS 4.7.4, PHP 8.0 or 8.1 and default (unmodified) theme:

If you're sure if you are using latest versions of it all, then send a message with your board URL and an unrestricted admin account. I'll take a look during the weekend.

Fix PHP version

Works here too on the same setup.

I am a CiC account 

and although we normally use one of Ehren's IPSfocus themes, I still have retained the Default unmodified theme.

However using the standard IPS theme, the behavior is unchanged ...still get the same "page does not exist" when trying to stop ignoring a topic. 

You may have also seen in you support forum for Ignore Forums  I'm also having an issue there.

The behavior as noted there is also unchanged using the standard theme ... no red button.

Both the plug in and the app are showing in my AdminCP as the current versions and I have also cleared all cache and retested ... no change in behavior.

I just installed this on my invision-hosted community and the button is not appearing.

I have the same plugin for a self-hosted installation with a separate license and it is working fine.

@Adriano Faria are you able to assist please?

I think I l know what it is. Will check it out tomorrow in the morning and release a fix if confirmed.

I removed it, reinstalled and checked the system and error logs. No entries 😞 

Has anyone else tested this on a live community installation and have it working? Just thought it might be a quirk of the hosted version.

Just in case I'd messed up my installation I've tried it on my trial community as well, no dice.

Update:

I believe this was an glitch in my installation. After repeated attempts to install and reinstall the marketplace version it suddenly is work.

@Adriano Faria  Can you make the plugin compatible with the Unread Counter?

I don’t think so. UCC returns only the total unread content and it is cached. To remove the ignored topics from there would have to get the items, not only the count, and then subtract the ignored… in the end, queries will have to be added in every single page. Not a good idea. Won’t do that.
