In the meantime, delete the files from hooks folder of this plugin via FTP. The plugin folder, IIRC, is membercountry.

Okay, I got this to work on one of my test accounts. But it does not appear just by logging in and out. It seems you have to go to the Country setting on the profile. At least that's when it showed up for me when I tried it.

Is there no way to "update" all members automatically?

It does, unless something has changed in the login. I will try it now again.

Yes, if all your members are from the same country.
