Hi I got the following error /admin/upgrade/?controller=upgrade&key=mykey&mr=0&mr_error=1 The whole screen just goes white and I can't figure out how move forward. Any ideas?

I am wanting to have my side bar on one page have a menu style to it. meaning I want the topics to show and when clicked it does not take you to another page, but just refreshes the content to the right of it. for example, I want to have the left side bar to have things like this: Mission and Values Policies Trainings Then if you click on one of the above, it will show the content to the right. and not take you to a new page

Does anyone know of a plugin that will enhance the "Sign Up" button either by it pulsing, blinking, a bouncing arrow pointing to it? Many of my members are older and I keep getting contact emails that they want to join my forum and they can't seem to see the sign up button (I assume). Thanks

HI Is there anything I can do about this? I have 175K members, some of which have thousands of followers. I am currently drowning on back logged notification processes in progress. Before 1 can finish 5 more show up. I have over 1,000 going right now. What can I do? Thank you in advance.

Hi all, I'm running an old version of IPB and would like to upgrade it (I know its long time overdue) Unfortunately the system blocks me while I'm trying to login to the admin area. I'm not sure if this can be done, or how if it can be. But let me explain... I was a longtime member of the Philadelphia Eagles official message board (20+ years). In 2020, the Eagles decided to do away with their board in favor of Reddit (supposedly). Many of the members and I decided to re-create the board and run it ourselves. Which we've been doing since April 20, 2020 (we're closing in on 1,000,000 posts within the next month or so). There seems to be some kind of corruption going on at the moment. As far as I can tell it's only affecting one person, maybe it's the image, or maybe it's something else, I don't know. I was wondering if anyone else had come across this; or might know what's going on. I'm not saying it's specifically an IPS bug, because I just straight up don't know. The original image she is trying to upload as her avatar is: However on the first attempt; it showed (And stored on the server) as this: On the second attempt it showed and was stored on the server as this: Kind of at a loss here. Hi, After updating to PHP 8.0.27 I am getting this error: I have been told by my hosting provide that the extension is enabled but that the latest version available is 7.29. Is this correct? I can't upgrade IPS because this error: "Database Check - There are some problems with your database which need to be fixed before you can start the upgrade." When I click in "fix automatically" button nothing happens and I can't advance for step 2. I am currently using v4.5.4 and PHP v8.1

Hi, I've recently renewed my license and attempted to purchase a couple of resources but each of them do not show a install option within the marketplace. I've added account credit to my marketplace account thinking that this will resolve it. Any tips on this ? I've tried it on my dev and production environment with the same results. Many thanks, Jamie

I merged a user that had his original account registered in 2001. The newest account registered in 2012, but somehow even I wanted to keep the old account, it now state he registered in 2012 and have only posts linked to him posted after 2012. This is one of the oldest active member we have, and it's a pitty he lost his older records. Is there any way to edit his register date and get his 300+ older posts linked to his active account?

Hi, I’m wondering if there’s a way to make one main product and add variables to it, as example: Main Product: License key (subscription based) Sub product as variable to main product: - license key for 7 days - license key for 14 days and so on. I'm including an image that was the homepage of my previous forum. A person had the ability to click an image that would take you to a related page. I placed a note, arrows, on the example to help you see. Here are just 2 items I have to do. 1. A roll over would enlarge the image. 2. If clicked on image it would take you to a page that details, provides detail information of the image. The page you are taken to might have the same types of actions, rollovers or clicks. My thought is the pages might be what is called BLOCKS. I have the cloud based Invision Community. If the cloud version cannot do this but your other version can then I need to go that rout. …
