When I attempt to run the upgrade I get a message that "There are some problems with your database which need to be fixed before you can start the upgrade." I then get a very long list of commands to execute manually (855 lines!), or a "Fix This"button. If I hit the "Fix this"button, it processes for a while, then comes back with the same error. Any thouhts how I can get a fix?

Hello, Some members of our website have been experiencing an issue with the Calendar where requests take 60+ seconds to process and eventually time out. We observed that this issue was occurring under the following conditions: A calendar event was created with TZ America/Chicago, repeats Every Week, and occurs on Saturday & Sunday at 8:00 PM. A member in the Australia/Brisbane (or other larger UTC offsets) visits any part of the Calendar in Monthly view or visits the aforementioned event page. Here how you can replicate. On Promote section hit X to delete a promoted topic Pop up appears and quickly disappears without hitting the OK to approve or cancel button. The promoted topic already deleted without confirmation.

Hello, We've identified an issue with emails sent by the Nexus Support system in the latest version which causes two Message-ID headers to be sent and the emails to be rejected. hello IPS, we have our forum hosted with Informanik in Switzerland and our DB is MySQL version 5.6 and you recommend to upgrade to version 8 or higher for the next IVP update. Informanik recommend we migrate our MySQL 5.6 DB to MariaDB version 10, can we upgrade to that DB and have no problems with your update soon please ? I understand that MarieDB is recommended for for speed, but I don't know if IVP software is compatible because it is on MySQL. Or is there no difference between the two types of DB for our forum to function correctly ? We are experiencing a failure to apply a new updated renewal price to an existing purchase in ACP -> Commerce -> Store -> Products. Store Product | Pricing | Renewals | Renewal Options | Price can be adjusted to new price (in this case from £35 to £53), then Save is pressed. Hi, We are currently considering switching from MariaDB to MySQL 8. However, we would prefer if we would then be able to go straight to MySQL 8.4. I see that in the requirements.json you list MySQL 8.0 as recommended. Are there any known issues with choosing MySQL 8.4 with Invision Community version 4.7? And what are the plans for supporting newer versions of MySQL?

There seems to still be an installation of Invision Community at the URL on file. Before you can change the URL, you must first remove the existing installation. Unfortunately, the one who had the webhost changed the data and I can no longer delete the files to change the license. What can I do in this situation? Thanks

My forum is getting emails bounced by "Mailchannels" whenever someone is following a topic and I of course get notified by my server host that has occurred. This was happening with 4.7.2.1 and now with 4.7.16 Here is their support response as to why that is happening Is there any way I can correct this myself? Where would I enter a message ID and what ID number would that be? Thanks

I have done many forum installations but this morning I encountered an error I have never encountered before when I try to run the installer. Any suggestions will be appreciated, I am sure I am overthinking it and am blind for it. The server cannot find the requested page: name/admin/install (port 443) The Install folder is there.

Prior to the release of 4.1.19, and the maintenance task which that resolved, I experienced an issue where Redis failed. It just seems to always fail, and whereas previous versions wouldn't allow the configuration to proceed if it wasn't correct. Now I can type anything and I can proceed to downloading a new constraints file. I have spoken to a friend who helps me with my server, he suggested trying "/home/domain/.redis/redis.sock" (domain is my site's root folder - I changed that). Along with the IP address which previously worked. http://127.0.0.1/ Port: 6379 I don't see why all of a sudden it's failing to connect or work.
