However, it appears that this issue is not related to something we usually provide assistance with. March 12Mar 12 Please keep in mind that a 500 Internal Server Error is an error on the server and interrupting the code's execution. Having debug logs would not help in this instance and the server is responsible for gathering the error. Without a server error log entry defining what the error is, we cannot know it.

March 12Mar 12 go to ACP and disable the video box app see if your site comes backyou will have to get in touch with the developer and see why that is happening.
