What is the suggested process to merge these local storage locations into one? I don’t see a "move" option? Does it appear when I hit delete? I don’t want to try it out before being sure.

You move what is allocated to which from the other tab on each item. Once you have done that, you can delete the 2 you arent using. It wont actually allow you to delete if its being used
