Hi guys, I've run into a few issues when setting up RSS Feeds and I'm wondering if there is anyone who can advise me on how to resolve this. When I add the below details it does not accept it stating "That is not a valid RSS or Atom feed". However when I add another in the very same way there is no problem. Any ideas on how I can import this information correctly? I have at least one user who claims to not be able to get past the first page of any thread. In fact, I just tried my own user account and I seem to be experiencing the same. Has anyone dealt with this before? I have reset the users password, cleared cache, and the problem persists. I am running Invision Community v4.7.13. In the support section, I show 0 critical issues. I appreciate the help. Shane

Hi Guys I understand that the Physical Product element is going to be deprecated. I am wondering if this leaves us in a pickle. We switched from Physical product memberships to subscriptions a number of years ago. In this subscription we take their address information to send a few things as part of the membership. Will taking address details still remain active in the subscription element? Can we still ask for address as normal? Is there any more detailed information on this deprecation please? otherwise we will never be able to do upgrades as a major part of our forum is membership and we need to collect addresses. Thanks

Good day, I would like to ask if there is an existing software or plugin for IP Board that compresses images posted in our websites forums? Because there has been a lot of instances wherein our user wanted to immediately post what they took on their phone but we've limited the upload size which then discourages them from uploading that photo. If there is something that could just accept any file size of an image and then will be automatically resized or compressed, that would be nice. Thank you

Hello, My IPS board is attatched to a modest self written CMS for news and articles. I am looking for a solution where I could fully integrate the forums and CMS with the possibilities of having the same user account on both, various blocks with registered users, chatbox, newest posts/topics, etc. I am strongly considering WordPress due to its massive widget library and it being for free. I would also like to give Invision's Pages a try due to hopefully very smooth integration between the two. Few questions about Pages: I have the Forums license at the moment. Is there a way for members to follow the forums in a combined fluid view so that they can receive email notifications when new topics are posted etc? As I can not to seem to see the button anymore. It would be good if there is a way to follow all of the subforms that are combined with a single follow button, as the view is combined into one page. Many thanks in advance 🙂

I've seen the following message for the first time on my community: It it a new message? I'm confused. If there are 9+ (does it mean more than 9?) new replies, why would it suggest to show only the first 7? And what's the difference between "Show first 7 new replies" and "Go to first new post"? I clicked Show first 7 new replies and it took me to the first new post. Thanks!

Hi Just wondering if we have ended the aggressive release schedule for 4.x in favor of focus on 5.x? If so, I consider that a blessing as personally I dislike always falling behind due to frequent releases. Will be nice to have a break. Maybe we can just have bug fixes, and security flaws fixed as needed instead of forcing monthly releases. Just asking Thank you 😊

I have a Pages DB and the results when entered display the Record Image in the Activity Stream view, but when someone comments on it, that images is no longer displayed. Is there a way to make it always show the Record Image?

I see this constantly on my sites and wind up going in and manually editing posts whenever I do see it. Members just randomly insert images between text or at the end of a line of text and the formatting gets all wonky and disrupted. Is there any way to set something in the software where I can force a return line before and after every image? Example like this Then they continue on here or down here

I am new so might be missing something, but I can't figure out how to make tagged content show up in search results? I understand that users can go to "search by community" and then search by tag, but this is NOT how most users are going to try to search for content! Hi all, we are seeking for help in other to understand if there is a reason why the title of Invoices changed from the last month: In the following screenshots there are the title of the last 2 renewal of the last 2 moths: The product is the same, the customer is the same and to us seems to be just a renewal as the previous. Let us know if there is something we are missing. Additionally, is there a webhook to receive a notification every time an invoice got paid? Thank in advance

This must have changed since last time it was added, as now Stripe are asking for additional information and no info on what two put within the Invision admin section. I presume previously it just needed the endpoint copied snd pasted hence why it doesn't mention the others. When going to create the end point it is asking for this other information too, any idea what exactly is needed? Listen to Events on your account on events on connected accounts? And which events should be selected? Or should I selected all events? Thank you in advance, hopefully this post is useful for others too 🙂

Am I missing something or is there no way to add a club member through the AdminCP, ModeratorCP or some other way? I know how to easily "remove" club members but I see no way to easily "add" them without forcing them through 'invite' process. This presents a workflow problem with some types of clubs, that are not open to everybody. Like in the case where a closed club requires an application, a fee, or some other hurdle and once you get all of that done... then you wind up doing the 'invite' process because the admin simply can't "add a member" but conversely, can remove any he or she pleases. This seems odd to me. I must be missing something...

Just set up a new cloud host, Authy doesn't work and says: This is surprising, as surly an easy implementation that could be maintained? The suggested Verify is a paid alternative, is this a business decision of Invision due to affiliate commission from Verify, a Twillo app they also have the option for SendGrid another Twillo app for transactional emails. I understand there is also Google Authenticator (which is free), but Authy is more practical than Google Auth (IMO) as can sign into the app in multiple devices and have a backup, and a lot of people do use Authy.
