I understand AdSense is one of the more common ad programs out there that many people here are using for a trickle of revenue. Could anyone here, who is using AdSense, possible share what their traffic levels and adsense revenue numbers are (a PM is fine if you don't want it public - discretion assured)? We are looking at such an endeavour ourselves and were curious what the realistic numbers were. Anyone?

I have noticed that certain areas of the ACP are not fully translatable are. With the published by IPB 3, I expected that ACP is fully translatable, which is not so. Certain areas of the ACP can not be translated into another language. IPS has announced full translation with ipb 3. This objective was not implemented. Under Full translation, I understand something else. It is the only thing really disappointed me to IPB 3. I hope for a change in a future release.

I really like the side bar since it's introduction in v3 but not everyone who is active on my communities does. In v3 the option isn't available to collapse this by default - you can only have it opened or off completely. It would be really nice to use this feature but by default have it minimised.

So I was looking around IPB and I couldn't find a mod for it so I'm hoping IPB or some mod writer will be willing to create something like this. What I am looking for is something like the vBulletin's tabbed home ( http://www.bbwforums.net/forum/ ) except I think it would look best if you could have a set forum to remain on every page and then lower forums that are tabbed. Like this for example: FORUM INFO SECTION FORUM FEATURED AREA GENERAL AREA ENTERTAINMENT AREA ART AREA FORUM STAFF AREA would turn into: FORUM INFO SECTION FORUM FEATURED AREA GENERAL AREA TAB - ENTERTAINMENT AREA TAB - ART AREA TAB - FORUM STAFF AREA TAB

Currently the RSS feeds are shown in a dropdown. This is fine if you only have a few. But if you wish to enable RSS feeds for all forums and have more than 10 or so, then the list becomes hard to read. Far better would be to have RSS feed icon displayed to the left of the stats column on the index/category page or at the very least have the option. Currently I would be surprised if many take advantage of the RSS feeds as they either a) think it is a forum wide thing or b) cannot find their favourite forum in the list or c) the admin has not enabled on the forums due to the potential length of the list.

Hello. I just heard on my forum that some moderators do edit users posts to fit their own needs, which is not a nice accusation, and while trying to search moderator logs I see there is no single trace of any moderator editing any posts on forum. Is it working as intended, or something is wrong with my board's settings? If it's working as intended, then I'd really love to have an option to show more detailed moderator logs. Simple information like "moderator X edited post Y on day mm:dd:yyyy" would be enough.

Hey there, i'm trying to purchase the board, gallery and blog package but keep hitting a few problems. On the main page i choose Our Suite and then select the board. Then i click to add the gallery and blog and click the checkout button. It will take me to the next page where i enter my details. If i click the header image here (I opened in a new tab to check something) the start of the url is https which takes you to an error page. (Only a small problem but thought it was worth a mention!) Hi, In a future release i'd like to see an improved search system in the translation area. For example, - Searching in individual applications - Case sensitive searching - Searching in language variables as well I'm sure many translator would find these features useful.

Just thought I would put this message on for 2 reasons. One as I would like to tell Invision "You are doing it right!!!", and secondly to show this to any potential VBulletin convert as I think its important. I have been a user of vbulletin on and off since early version 2 and have seen many upgrades of a large size done to the vbulletin software under jelsoft. I want to find out from folks which areas you think I should add distinct color choosers for. I already have one chooser for the body background, and in various other topics I've gotten reports of other sections you'd like to color specifically, instead of recoloring off of a selected primary color. Hi, It would be nice to have in next versions,the possibility to add Recurring ranged event. For example, my members want to add a yearly ranged celebration event, but the actual calendar doesn't have the possibility to repeat this event every year.So they must insert every year this event and it's some kind of annoying. Hi, I was just trying out Chat, and was curious how the licensing worked. (user limits) My question is, does it count as one user license used if someone clicks on the Chat tab? When on that page, it automatically says 'I've entered the room'... I guess this means I've logged into Chat, so this leads me to think that anyone who is curious could tie up a license just by selecting the 'Chat' tab and browsing away... the session appears to remain active. Also, if someone is using Chat, do they actually need to click on 'Leave' prior to changing tab to release a license? Thanks Rob

I use ACP Permissions and have struggled for a while trying to find out why my co-admin can't update the chat settings without getting a permission error. Turns out that, after pressing Update Settings, it briefly goes to the Tools & Settings page and then returns to the main chat page. That means I have to give my co-admin permissions to change settings in general, and I don't want that. Any chance of some chat-specific permissions for the next release? I posted this as a ticket thinking it was an error, but it's the way it works. I have a member who uses a certain font, color and font size in their posts. And they would like to be able to "preset" it in their user settings or whatever, so that they don't have to set it in every single post. So, my question is: does such a setting exist? I couldn't find it... And if it doesn't, is there a mod that creates such a functionality?

I know, it's not something many suggest, but I've seen it used on pretty much half the sites I go to in existance, so it's kind of shocking such a commonly used mod isn't default either here or in vBulletin. Indeed, I'd say far more people use it than statuses (no offence here, but status is something I only ever see on Facebook and the like, not forums), so perhaps in 3.2 or something?

The one thing that is missing from cleancut is a down arrow to the right of the notifications number to indicate a dropdown list. Not really sure this is a fault, hence the suggestion rather than entering it in the tracker. Thanks.
