Hi any chance you could add "joined solved" option(max two replies merged together in one??) ,sometimes on my forum I found that two replies really need to be combine together to make one full answer so maybe is there a way that after marking those two answers/posts they will merge together to make one full answer?? And another "must" have update. Expand FPD for a members as well.

There should be ACP log for when things are enabled or disabled - especially as part of a bulk operation. Using the ACP support feature to disable or by SOP by IPS when reviewing tickets use of this will disable apps / plugins and advertisements. Having a timestamped log of when and what items was disabled it may make it easier to enable things so you can be back to business without extra struggle. Namely advertisements which may have expired or ads that may be turned off for other reasons you have know way of knowing which ads were disabled during this bulk operation.

Maybe this is not the place for this topic, but I don't have access to the help forum About 15 days ago, I made a request to the support unit (through the contact form), which unfortunately I have not received the right answer yet. I wanted an amount to be transferred from my account credit to the client area to renew my license(which, of course, I think users in this community should have this possibility themselve!!!). Although this was done many times before in two or three days, this time it took about 15 days and this has not happened yet and my account has been suspended(more than a week) I can't even post a topic in the help forum. Update the products and... …

Hi all, I've been noticing that we are in need of additional credit card processing options. The current limitation of services isn't enough anymore. I believe the built-in processors are Paypal, Stripe, Braintree, and 2Checkout. Both Braintree and 2Checkout are limited for use with subscriptions. Currently using Paypal but some people are asking for another alternative (besides manual checks). Some of the good alternatives are: Helcim Coign Quickbooks Square Does the team have any intent on adding support for these or other options? I'm a small business and need something with a low or zero monthly fee. Thank you! Mike

Hi all, I currently use month-to-month pricing for my subscriptions. I would like to provide an option to provide a discount if the user wants to pay for an annual membership. Is there an option for this in the subscription system? It would look something like this: Subscription 1 - $5/mo or $60 $50/year (discounted) Subscription 2 - $10/mo or $120 $100/year (discounted) Trick is, I want to keep these as the same subscription. I realize I could add more subscriptions with the annual rate but I want to keep it simple for users. Mike

Hi, On topics with a lot of replies the moderator history log can contain a lot of edited comments. Could you consider automatically filter out editing actions where the author of the post and the member editing the post is the same? Or let us be able to filter out these editing actions of ones own posts manually, by providing a checkbox we can check, or something. While you're at it, you could even consider introducing more filter options for this tool. For example being able to choose which actions to show. (multi-checkbox) But I think the most useful filter option, that makes the most sense, is to filter out moderation actions where an account edit…

Since I am using Pages databases a lot, I always run into the same problems. Here are two related to filters. (I could probably add more, but I was dealing with these recently.) Checkbox as a filter. This option is unfortunately missing. I often need to give optional filter choices, e.g. as here on Amazon: With Pages, there is no option to do this. The Yes/No field isn’t optional. Using it would only ever allow one choice in the filter set (Yes or No). Filtering across all records without a choice for this field would become impossible. So it’s almost unusable. The Checkbox Set for some reason can be used as expected, but it only makes sense for multi…

It would be great if it was possible to edit the page shown during the update. It's a small thing, but it would certainly be better if it would be possible to display there our logo + information that it's a scheduled technical break and we invite you to visit our blog or social media during this time. I know it's a mechanism detached from the whole system, but on Wordpress it's possible to do something like that and it works great (it's done through a separate maintenance.php file). In my opinion, the current template does not look very good for the user who will then enter the site (especially when this message is only in english).

With trying to compete with items such as Discord, it is become apparent that users tend to use apps provided via the App Store to check things versus using Safari. Push notifications on iOS mobile suite aren't out officially yet which means users aren't being enticed to check websites where as Discord has push notifications. Trying to figure out ways to entice registrations in the future and I feel that a mobile app would yield significant benefits for my future community. Thoughts?

It would be nice to have buttons on the adminCP Support page which instantly purge the System and Error logs. This was made especially clear to me during the recent paradigm shift to PHP 8; the Compatibility Scanner (either alone or in conjunction with other elements of my test site) generated a 396MB System error log. While we're on the topic, just for the record I find it quite odd (to say the least) that while as Administrator I can set the Error logs to self-purge after 1 day, I have no choice for the System log and must set the purge time to at least 7 days. Zuh? This seems a bit nonsensical, especially since in my case I have since fixed what was generat…

Currently when selecting to option to post record to a forum, there is no way to set certain parameters, it just posts generically. It would be nice that when you post the record, if you had the ability to pin it, add tags (not Meta)/prefixes, things like that. Obviously not all Moderator options are needed but those few would be nice so that if I am future publishing, I don't have a thread that is hanging out generically until I can get to it to set these parameters, that really should be able to be set when creating the record. Thank you for your consideration.

From a content creation/design aspect, the one thing that I think is perhaps the most frustrating in the IPS suite is the inability to insert images in a gallery/grid-like arrangement in the editor/page. If there is one feature that prevents me from fully converting my Wordpress site into an IPS Pages/CMS setup, it is this. Wordpress allows for the upload of images, much like IPS - but also allows for the insertion of 'gallery'/grid containers that can neatly include these attachments on the page. Some images to illustrate how Wordpress does it: ^ Initial 'Gallery' Block container ^ Image Uploader and Gallery Image Arrange Dialog …

Currently it looks bad if we want to award ranks for e.g. a round number of posts, likes or years since registrating on the forum. If a user gets a badge for getting 100 likes then there should be an option to automatically hide it when the user gets another badge of the same type, e.g. for 1000 likes. It makes no sense to display these "smaller" badges in the profile.

In the API, Members followed content. In my community I have it set up to follow files that people download, and follow topics members comment in. This being said on my user account I have 300 pages of content. If I were to try to make a list of things, this is insane. A feature to filter by app, like (filterBy = Downloads) would be awesome and make this usable for larger communities. Right now the only parameters are page, and items per page. Adding to this would be wonderful.

I'm hoping after the recent release there is some form of Hypercare or post-live support changes where we can make amendments to newly live functionality. We need the ability to toggle off one of the ways events can be made to stop unnecessary re-work from admins and mods correcting Events post creation. Ironically I had to re-work the existing Calendar function already into Events some years ago with Translation and used the physical addresses as the 'online' places people would get together. As we are a gaming family (and many here are too) this is more considered to be via platform/console rather than Zoom, or business calls. So we're now in a tough spot beca…

We created two custom fields for customers Company Name Company Number (not explicitly VAT number but company number in general) It does nto show up on transaction view or invoice for customer. Any way to enable that? If not, that requires improvements/fix as does not allow to properly issue invoices to customers.

We are running 4.7.3. Staff are excluded from the Reputation system but included in the Achievements system. We aren't interested in the Badges component, so I'm using CSS to convert all badge counts to 'n/a', since '0' is incorrect. The same is true for Reputation counts for staff (using CSS to change staff counts from '0' to 'n/a'). It would be great if there were more granularity to opt out of Badges apart from Ranks in the ACP > Achievements. It would be great to default to 'n/a rather than '0' (or hide) by member for any opt-out counts related to those member groups.

Please consider adding the ability to reply to reviews on Commerce products. You can in Downloads but strangely not in your Commerce store. This way we can acknowledge feedback shown publicly without having to approve it first via moderator queue.

I recently read a case study over on the admin zone where they studied how forums were used and one of the major points that came out were: Most people googled something, came to a single page, either found their answer or didn't, and left never to come back again. For the few who sign up and ask a question or reply to a topic, when (and if) they decide to come back and see if there was an answer, most of them have the hardest time trying to find what they posted. I suggest adding a super obvious easy way for anyone to find their posts. Either a big green "Find my posts" button, or a less conspicuous "MY POSTS" link in the member pop-up menu like this:

I would love to see notifications when an admin or staff recognizes member content. Here are a few examples of notifications sent to a member when: Notification sent when gallery image is featured Notification sent when any content is featured Notification sent when content is picked by "Our Pics" As it is right now, members would not know if their content was featured or chosen for "Our Picks". I am sure there are other "ego booster" notifications that could be triggered. This would increase happiness, ego, and recognition, and encourage members to return to the community and engage, or re-engage. Also, I think it would be really neat if a…

I wish the member who reports something was notified when an action is taken on the report (a mod adds a comment, deletes the reports or mark it as completed).
