Is there a way to enable a certain "Group" to receive a discount with X many products in cart?

Hello, im trying to figure out a way to enable it so specific Groups get discounts ONLY when they have a certain amount of products in their cart. Right now its set up so either Groups get a certain price OR so many products in a cart gives EVERYONE a certain price. I am looking at how to combine the two options. Suggestions?
