The multi-purpose templates that people have developed for Bootstrap, Wordpress, Joomla etc. are so great and helpful for people who don't have a ton of interest in coding themselves. If IP.Pages could have the ability to permit people like @Brian A. to do the same and export template packages that could be installed and tweaked by users, this would go a long way to opening up Pages to a much wider audience IMO.

In the admin cp > profiles > in the list of profile fields, it would be nice to have a movable block for their clubs, so that the tabs order in the members profile would be fully organizable.

I find the process of uploading/cropping profile photos to be one of the least polished parts of the user interface. The member should be able to maintain a small album of profile photos where they can recrop/select a current photo to use for their profile. As it is now, the cropper is very primitive and is only available when uploading a new photo. If you don't get the cropping just right to show in a circular avatar, you end up having to re-upload the photo and re-crop to try to get it right. We are a community that is image heavy. For years our members have been posting photos in forum topics. There was a setting limiting the number of attachments and we had this set sensibly and never had an issue. At some point IPS removed this setting - a backward step in my opinion. Unfortunately I was unaware they had removed it until members started posting huge numbers of photos in forum posts - sometimes in excess of 300. These posts caused issues and I had to open a support ticket. I was told that forum posts weren't meant to hold that many photos and that I should be using the Gallery. I read here. I'm very curious and interested about How this is supposed to work. Will I be able to add or share user's login and password from an IPS forum and a wordpress site ? even if they are in different domains and servers ? How easy is this supposed to be ? or it will require some coding in wordpress ?

Currently, I see only 1 set of reactions that I can add to the content posted in a forum/blog/etc. On my site, I would like to have the ability to defined multiple reaction sets with the ability to override the default set when attaching to a forum/blog/etc when the forum/blog/album/etc is created. Some forums I want only positive reactions, while on others, I want only negative reactions or forum specific reactions.

Hello, if IPS focus too give admin and members monetizing with IPS modules, example, STORE, and some 3party app like Classifield...will be more completed the bussness scene if add an Order and Invoice System, so not only site admin can send Order and Invoice, I think should be too...Clubs owner(with moderators staff) or GC owner(with moderators) to members and members to members. Because I need something like that right now. Anyone can help me? Maybe this is my idea to IPS, or if should be maked by a 3party developer. @Adriano Faria @TheJackal84 @Spanner @onlyME

There are times when you are an admin or mod and you wear different hats - sometimes your doing your 'duties' other times you just want to enjoy your own site and not have to keep seeing a sea of PINK posts because they are hidden for whatever reason. I wish to have a switch that you could toggle that would for your session completely remove the hidden posts when you just want to enjoy the site you built.

I would like for IPS to hold the same options as other forums do and that is to supply a batch size on how many email notifications should be sent at once. This size is configurable for bulk mails, but I would like to see it as a general setting. The hosting provider that houses our forum (and we have a long contract with them) has a slow phpMailer / SMTP response. This resulted in a very slow response when replying to topics (verified by Support). So for now I have disabled the email notifications altogether. On the old forum (phpBB) I had a way to send emails in burst (i.e. 20 at once). Maybe - if supported enough by others - this can make it to a new re…

I see that IPS 4.3 is removing support for HTML in categories: Does this mean that we cannot use HTML in forum names? On my forum, I use HTML to show superscripts (mostly <sup>2</sup>). Could you relax this restriction in 4.3 before it ships? Perhaps, you could specifically allow only formatting tags including <sup> and <sub>?

Hello, We recently upgraded from 3 to 4 and we noticed that the embedded videos cannot be re-positioned in a post. All Ytube videos stay left and no formatting is working. Could you please return that option in the future release? If there is a way to make it work, any suggestion is welcomed.

It would be fantastic if we could run downloads app on a subdomain as part of the same installation. To be clear I am not talking about running it twice. Only once but outside of root and still connected with the same DB and same instance of IPS running. Allowing us to move downloads app outside of core and placing it at "files.mydomain.com" for example will be hugely beneficial for those of us trying to avoid cloudflares 100MB limitation. This would allow for us to run cloudflare on our main domain without the 100MB limit hitting our downloads app. Just thought I would put the request out there. Thank you

For new Streams, set up in the ACP, I can choose the content type and then the categories to be included. That works fine for “forums” and “calendars”, but not for Pages databases. The category selection box for every Pages database has no name attached to it, so I need to guess the correct one I want to change.

Was looking at permissions for the REST API and didn't see any reference to Clubs - my thought process is to allowed select affiliate sponsor ( REST expert ) to manage their group as they sell stuff on their site add - after validating they don't exist as member to my site create an account and enroll them into their club.

We need to be able to easily track referrals on our store. It's the base of our business model - is affiliate / referral sales. There is no simple way to keep track of commissions in a list form somewhere - unless someone has a top secret way?

We all know that some really useful features was removed after the public test of 4.0 (e.g. per-group setting "Can open/close own topics?") So, i have 2 questions: How do you decide to remove some features? This decisions are based only on your(dev teams) opinion about necessity of this features, or decisions are based on statistics on use of those features? Why you don't collect data on configurations used on our separate installations? Doing this you can get a lot of very valuable information about real features usage. Also it can help to make better default settings based on this info. Personally I would like to send info about my configuration to IPS …
