After I run in SQL toolbox (v4.6.11) a simple query like this: SELECT email FROM core_members where allow_admin_mails = 1 AND temp_ban <> -1 AND joined > 1618596660 AND MEMBER_GROUP_ID = 3; I get correct results in the first page, but when I click Next or 2 or 3 for other pages of the results I get a blank page. Is this a known issue? Is there a command that I could add to my SELECT statement that will not force pagination so that I can see all the results on the 1st page?

on our test site we upgraded to 4.6.10 that way we can hash out any issues before going live. vB 3.8 import into existing site. All of the imported users have the newsletter/bulk mail option opted out. When registering, the default is opted in. Any way to bulk change these in the database? I can't figure out where it's stored (what table/column). Thanks.

Hi, So I randomly discovered that after moving to a new server we had forgot to setup the folders we had configured for our disk template caching. I created the folders, set the owner:group to www-data:www-data and even set the chmod for it to 777. I resaved the settings, and it accepted the folder being readable and writable, but after browsing the community I noted that no cache files have been created in the folder. I also tried to deactivate the enable-setting, activate it again, and empty cache, but there is still nothing written to the folder. It doesn't seem to do anything. Not sure of when issue began - have not been inside our old content for long time. Peakptrochester.com ....newsletters . Noting that, in Jan 2015 for example, clicking on a link within post leads to "page not found" and content is gone. That used to be a working link at some point. We did just have Hostmonster do a PHP upgrade that apparently went bad for many customers. We were not able to back up the site beforehand. They did revert us (and many others) back to prior working version - site seemed to otherwise function normally then after temporarily being down. During the upgrade to version 4.6.10 the file... /system/Member/Member.php line 415 ... was updated with a change of logic to detect if the "memberSync" hook should be called. Our extension relies on calls to this hook and we noticed after this upgrade that data stopped coming through. I believe the change in logic at this time was intended to stop updates when only the "last_activity" field had changed and nothing else, however the logic used now fails on ANY data with more than 1 value in the $changes array. Hey there folks. I've been having a bit of an interesting time with our emails lately. I asked for assistance from my host Namecheap and they said that my forum system emails are bouncing or being rejected because there is no Message ID in email headers sent from my forum. Some emails get through and some don't Is this something I need to edit? Is there some place to set a message ID? They also mentioned a couple other errors. I have the same problem, and it's prolific. Many, many users are complaining about it. Clearing cache and cookies doesn't work, nor does resetting passwords. I have a dedicated server and a CDN. I cleared and disabled cache on both to no avail. A moderator reported that in his tab bar on multiple computers / browsers it will spin for 30-90 seconds sometimes 10 minutes. I turned off Matomo and it seemed to stop.

When trying to move a topic by checking its box then picking Move from the pop up bar, we get "Something went wrong. Please try again." If we go into the thread and choose Move under the Moderation menu, it works fine. The only error log I see is a system log. It is below. I was sent an email today (the email did land in spam folder) from this person stating they found some vulnerabilities and after asking what they were, they replied back with a list. I'm unsure if it's an automated email, or if it's a scammer, but it may be worth it for someone from IPS to look into? Who do I contact for this?

Hello, all forum is down. unique message error this: Similar error in dashboard after admin access. I should point out that the website ran out of space and now that I fixed that error, this happens. I can't find any information on user comments on article pages. I want to stop guests from posting comments on our article pages. I can find info on permissions for the calendar and forum, but nothing about the rest of the site and there isn't anything that seems to control that within the permissions for Guests in the group settings either. Hi I'm currently trying to "port" a PHP application I'm using in our forum to a regular Pages page. I'm creating several fields, and one I'm looking at now is a field for "database relationship". So I'm linking this database to a similar one. I'm getting the data as link to the other database. Is it possible to instead get the record image and display the link on that. Maybe there are something that can be done in the custom display view format? Or maybe in the page record template itself? If it is sort of an object, maybe I can get the image from that? Thanks!

Is there a way to deactivate a member's account? We want deactivate accounts when users cancel their subscription with us and reenable them when users reopen their subscription, this way all their previous data is preserved.
