Hi, We have a couple of issues with custom fields (Member Settings -> Profiles) which I am hoping someone might be able to assist with 🙂 1. Field type is set to "select box", and we have added several options; however, even though the "Required" checkbox is ticked, users are still able to register without making a selection in this field (there is always a blank option) 2. Is there a way to require all users who are currently registered to add a value into this profile field the next time they sign in, even if they have already registered without selecting a value? Hi - On our 4.7.16 devsite, I was looking at the events tab for one of our groups (you call them clubs). I had enabled the upcoming event block for the Events application but I was surprised to see the same block in one of our groups (clubs for you). See attached screen. I tried to edit the block by selecting the Everywhere except groups (which I assume you mean clubs) and yet the block is still visible. Is this a bug? I don't want to display the general upcoming events block in each of our groups (clubs for you). Thanks, Brian

We seem to have a problem with our commerce section if a user buys two or more items. When each item is purchased the user should get a notification email with details of the purchase in addition to the purchase receipt. However, it seems only one notifcation email seems to get through along with the receipt. The other notification email comes through much later, or not at all. Any ideas? Many thanks

Several times today, a 'Hello' message popup in small popup box was repeatedly displayed the top of the window. I think it was associated with testing a chatroom plugin, but I cannot be certain since others did not report similar, and the popup appeared way outside of the chatroom interface. I've looked up the language string in AdminCP, and found: __api_core_hello => Hello Might this be the cause? And if so, any ideas as to why it is being triggered?

Hello, I'm using the latest IPS version, 4.7.17, and my store supports two different currencies, USD and EUR. Before the update, when we pressed this currency toggle, it changed the prices to either Euro or USD. However, I've noticed that after the 4.7.17 update, it only works on the store's front page, which is "https://somedomain.com/store". It does not work on the store's category pages (e.g., https://somedomain.com/store/category/someproduct). When I click that button on store category pages, it does not happen anything. I've got two communities running IPS, and in the last week, we're having some serious Captcha issues on both. I've selected the main site in the purchase drop-down above. On that site, we were hacked (in a small way, thankfully) about a month ago. We initiated a password reset for all members, and now the members are getting a "You did not pass the security check. Please try again." error when having to use Captcha for the Password reset and/or the Contact Us form. Captcha settings in the AdminCP are set to click "I'm not a Robot", however one member was asked to do the Captcha of selecting images from a grid over 20 times and still got the same error. ----…

Hi Folks I'm seem to have a problem with Google Analytics showing there are 42,700 pages on our forums with redirects, and that this is a huge issue with content not being indexed. When I look into it within the Analytics, its showing forum page URL's, but with this on the end: /?do=findComment&comment=281507 Over 1000 pages of these errors... How do we turn this off so that any URL that is presented with this on the end of it, doesn't work or produces a 404? Thanks

I was investigating some strange log entries, and may have found a bug. Hi, wondering if anyone here experience when opening multiple browser tabs and leave the browser for a while let say an hour you leave it and comes back, and when you open any of the tabs to check the forum, it just refreshes on its own, is that a browser issue or the forum software?

We have not made any recent administration or configuration changes on the site. When the accessing the home url www.cpica.ca, we get a blank page. When looking at the source, after the <head> tag, there is a body tag with classes "ipsApp ipsApp_front psJS_none ipsClearfix" The html appears to be building the main menu but doesn't display it. Hello, I am having an issue with the event calendar for recurring events in the 'overview' view. I have a biweekly recurring event (February 13th and 27th). When I first open the calendar for the current month it only shows the 13th event: After I switch to another month, e.g. March, and then switch back to February the calendar will show the second event: Is it possible to configure the calendar for showing both events? Thank you!
