  1. This would be useful or even recompute badges for a specific group. Our community is fairly new, less than a year with over 5000 members and recomputes take about 1 hour+, so I can imagine as it gets bigger what that will look like.
  2. Submitted a ticket. Technical Support promptly fixed my issue. Not sure what they did, but they fixed it.
  3. Just adding this to the bugs thread I PMd to Adriano. Basically The specific issue we are having has to do with using points to purchase downloads. We are a game modding community where we use the Points system as a currency to download mods. Every user has the ability to set their own price point for mods. What we are finding is that when a Member up loads a new mod the first person to download it pays the points price for the mod. After which all other members can download the item freely without any points being deducted from their bank. Not sure what is specifically causing the issue but it has been going on for maybe a few months now.
  4. So there is a lot of information on how to troubleshoot and fix the dreaded Error ~200 for folks with heir own servers. However how are you supposed to get around this when using IPS Hosted?
  5. Any update on version 4.6?
  6. Thanks... I have been to hell and back with Wasabi and ultimately decided I cannot deal with heir draconian egress policy. The fact that they will not at least let you pay for more egress per GB is one thing, but to only allow egress up to the amount you have uploaded is just insanity. Vultr seems to be working well for me. It is fast, I can setup multiple different object storage instances (paid separately) and the fact I can simply pay for more egress use is perfect. I also find it has the most compatibility with Amazon S3 commands like Wasabi, and unlike Backblaze. Vultr Object Storage is still new, so hopefully they don't go the route of some of the others, but an option if people have need one.
  7. @Andy MillneIs this still being supported?
  8. I did but unfortunately I had a slight personal issue occur (house Fire) and yeah this went to the bottom of my priority list.
  9. Its been logged, wanted to do a little bit more testing before I sent it over. They will probably get to it on Monday.
  10. Did you happen to modify your postContainer template?
  11. I can tell you right now the system is only counting specific things to get points. I want to say the only things that are counting towards points are actions around Comments, Reviews and Topics. Everything else is not working. So for us Reactions on Gallery, Files, Tutorials, Videos, etc....all are not working. You could easily see this or test it by going into the ACP and looking at the Manage Points detail for any user, from there it will tell you what points that user is or is not receiving. We have rebuilt points probably like 10 times testing it and nothing is working.
  12. Hi, I having this issue and after digging in and testing it seems we ran into a bug. Primarily the Achievement systems is not counting reactions for both Files and the Gallery, For us this is significant as the majority of member content are coming from those 2 areas. Does anyone else have this issue?
  13. Honestly for me I having similar issues. We have folks that have raked up a serious amount of reactions which we have a rule set to give a point for each one, but it is not working at all. How everything is being calculated seems to me that some items are not being calculated completely.
  14. It seems like this app is throwing errors with the 4.6 Update
  15. Is it possible to do reoccurring rules for Achievements. For example I would like to award points in blocks of content instead of 1 point for every content item. Example is can I award 1 point for every 10 images uploaded to the gallery?
  16. I added some new buttons o CKEditor which now show up with some light theme completely different from the rest of the cite's dark them. Anyway to modify this?
  17. I don't think Backblaze is supported...fully at least as it seems to need a secured connection to do Content Dispostion which seems to be the issue for most of these. For me I have been looking at multiple solutions as My Downloads egress on Wasabi was way too high like 2.5TB compared to the 150GB I have stored. The CDN Option with cloudflare simply didn't do much at 25% cached on average and in addition to that the whole thing went up in smoke when I got a 522 I could not recover from. I tried to see if Wasabi will match some additional bandwidth cost like their competitors. No go. They gave me till Monday to get my bandwidth down. 3 Days. Fast forward I decided I didn't mind paying a little extra (0.01/GiB) for additional bandwidth but I need to find a provider that works. First I tried Digital Ocean. Nice provider but it seems they have switched over to the dreaded must have a signed account for public read. So this one was a no go, but I might keep it as a storage backup Next I tried Backblaze. And like Digital Ocean same thing, trying to download with the headers gives you an error basically saying you are not allowed to do this anonymously. It works great for pictures if that is what you want to use it for but not so much for downloads. Next up Linode. Nice little service but I could not get the thing to work with S3Browser, which for me was just a sign this not going to be good. S3 Browser allows you to do things like update bucket policy and other things many providers do not have a front end for so if it didn't work, it was a no go. Finally I tried Vultr. They are a new Object Storage provider so I figured..."Hey Why not". So I went off transferring my June folder over to do initial testing. I test by basically grabbing the link that IPS uses in downloads and seeing if it will work or error out. To my delight and surprise, It WORKED!! This tells me vultr is pretty much setup exactly like Wasabi, and with S3 Browser any bucket policies I had I can add them directly through an API call. Also in addition Vultr is fast....like stupid fast compared to the rest. Backblaze I found to be the slowest of all. So for pricing Vultr is $5/Month giving you 250GB of storage (additional 0.02/GiB) and 1TB of Bandwidth (Additional being 0.01/GiB). For me this turned out to be roughly $25 Per Month for the month Bandwidth I am using. That price is not bad for the peace of mind. Anyway wanted to put this up here as I have not really seen much convo on S3 Compatible Storage that actually works outside of Wasabi.
  18. The S3 Compatible Plugins app by @All Astronauts is a great plugin which I use to make sure Wasabi works fine. That said I would like to have the option to use S3 Compatible Storage providers that require a secure connection when downloading the file. From my understanding this is simply doing the same thing as this app but with the option to customize the URL with a signed key or something. The intent is to get this working with Digital Ocean or Backblaze, as in my test the two services do not allow Content Disposition on an anonymous request where Wasabi does.
  19. Been looking or something like this for a while. Plus 10
  20. It was on FULL, I ultimately had to pull everything back because I could not get past the 522 issue. Nothing I did would work. Kind of at my wits end though. I decided to try a multiple provider approach to see if I an spread my bandwidth around. First I tried Digital Oceans, but after some trial and error and reading up some more their API is not compatible. Next I tried Backblaze which seemed to look promising but when I switched the storage settings over...images and thumbnails work, hower I could not upload anything to the site and trying to download files I get a ":contentdisposition is prohibited for unauthenticated requests:" error Still brainstorming what to do next but options are getting really really limited at this point.
  21. @Circo I also got the email message from Wasabi saying the egress is still to high. To add on to that I am now getting 522 errors from Cloudflare, so not sure what else to do at this point. I am thinking I may have to split my storage with something like Digital Ocean that has a built in CDN. EDIT: So in the process of moving things to Digital Ocean Storage. Not sure what specifically went wrong with Cloudflare and Wasabi, but after the second time of getting 522 Errors, and Wasabi threatening to disable my whole storage it was time to go to Plan B. Wanted to let folks know how the pricing compares between Wasabi and Digital Oceans Spaces. Wasabi is $6/Month for 1TB of data and UP to 1TB of "Free Egress" Digital Oceans $5/Month for 250GB of Data and up to 1TB of Bandwidth. The core reason I went with Digital Oceans is that they offer very reasonable pricing for additional storage and bandwidth. It comes to $0.01/GB of additional Bandwidth, and $0.02/GB for additional storage. So doing the math if your site is using maybe 150GB of storage but has maybe 1.8TB of egress or bandwidth, you would need to get a reserved capacity plan on Wasabi to even be able to do this. Basically starting at a minimum of 50TB per month (you can imagine what that cost). Digital Ocean will effectively cost you your normal $5 a month of storage and an additional $8/month of bandwidth. In the end it is simply a more cost effective solution and we don't have to deal all the weirdness of Cloudflare (Not really supported by IPS per support). Just some food for thought.
  22. Not sure if anyone is aware but Wasabi also has similar instructions on their support page here: https://wasabi-support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018526192-How-do-I-use-Cloudflare-with-Wasabi- The only major difference is they do walk you through how to properly setup the Bucket Policy. Silly me didn't realize I had to add the policy directly to the bucket vs where some of the other policies are stored.
  23. I too got the message from Wasabi about Egress. So I went off and setup a CLoudFlare CDN. I had one before but at the time I got stuck in an error 522 issue and after talking to support they said if I use CLoud Flare I need to setup the DNS' as "DNS Only" However from my understanding this will just bypass the cache all together. I have my cdn with wasabi set to proxy but do you also have the rest of your IPS Cloud DNS records to proxy also? If so have you ever had an error 522 issue?
  24. I am having an issue with embedded video not resizing when the screen changes and overlapping into the the other parts of the screen. I remember I added some custom CSS to fix the directly uploaded videos doing this. Is there a Custom CSS to address embeded videos? I am still on 4.5.4 as waiting for 4.6 to come out of Beta. Nevermind I figured it out using this: https://www.benmarshall.me/responsive-iframes/
  25. Thanks for restoring the member search, some nice new features in there. That said...it is still missing the option where you can type the members name to find them. Guess we will have to use the main search for that.
