Hey, Just trying to see if this issue is being worked or resolved as it has been pending for a while now. The main reason we use the app is to allow people to use points to download files, and this feature doesn't work.

I am curious on what is causing this also. We get the error now and then. Most of the time it is when you drag and drop a file instead of choosing the "Choose Files" option, but lately we have one user that seems to be getting it more often then not.

So something interesting happened to me today. Suddenly I was receiving InvalidRequest errors for downloads on the site. Not sure what triggered it but whe contacting Vultr support they were no help. I decided to troubleshoot so I disable the S3 Compatible Downloads Applicaion and Cleared the Cache...and welp, everything went back to working again. Not sure why all this happened but some food for thought if anyone is having issues.

Does this app have the ability to allow users to download files by redeeming points?

Hi @Adriano glad to hair a new release fixing issues is coming out. By chance is the maintenance version going to address the issue reported below?

So this is why I didn't get any emails, and now that makes sense. Man oh man....I was getting scared there for a moment.

Also one thing that is not clear is if the 500GB of media storage includes unlimited Bandwidth. Bandwidth is that thing people never account for and it can be a nightmare if your community is using an insane amount of bandwidth over what is allotted. For us about 60% of our storage cost is actually for bandwidth as we use about 2TB a month on 250GB of storage.

The jump between starter and growth is pretty significant. It basically triples our yearly cost as were on the Super 65. @Allen Bradford like your community we handle cost through donations. On our last cycle we anticipated moving up to the Ultra 100, so our donation goals accounted for that increase but not for this one. My assumption is the price increase is mainly due to the significant increase in storage allotment from 8GB to 500GB. Which is a lot, assuming this is all Amazon S3 storage. For me this does not matter as we pay for our storage/bandwidth separately running us about $250 a year. What would have been nice is if the storage options were not bundled. Basically choose your cloud plan...then choose what you want your storage option to be. For smaller communities or communities with external hosting this would have been a huge cost savings for them.

So this has been an issue in our community for a while, so figured I will test it out here in Invision's community to see if the same thing occurs. Well to my surprise it does. Anyway here is the issue: When I am creating a Custom Activity Stream to see lets say Files Uploaded to the marketplace I set it up like so: As you can see above I want just content items and not reviews or comments. Now when I browse through my stream I just created I get the following: Yes....reviews are still coming into the stream even though I specifically said not to add them. In our community comments come through also, but I am assuming I am not seeing comments here because the Marketplace does not have comments on files enabled. Maybe this is a bug or maybe I am misinterpreting what those filters actually do, but would love for someone to take a look at this.

So another feature request. Not sure if it is possible but will throw it out there anyway. Adding Categories to Stories. Basically when a member adds a story they get to choose a category they want to add the story to. Then for the widget provide the ability to show specific categories. This will allow for different story widgets showing different categories of stories on different pages. Just a thought.

The issue you mentioned is actually the same issue I reported back in July. Basically people use points to be able to download items but only the first person who downloads the item has points deducted. Tried your solution but that did not work for us.

With the new update, will Elastic Search now also apply to our Similar Content and Activity Streams.

Getting two errors with this one 1. Getting the following message when trying to upload a document. Currently using IPS Focus themes, but it is also not working with the default theme. Tried a cache refresh and that didn't work either. 2. When setting up categories for just a Documents and nothing else. The application still wants you to specify a size for images even though I am not allowing them. When you try to hit save with images not allowed nothing happens, until you toggle images on and you notice the reason for not saving is the missing entry. 3. Also getting the following error when trying to look at the "My Media" page Cheers!!

LOL....ok nevermind that. Reindexing search is not a thing I am a fan of as I have finally got my Elastic Search working somewhat correct even-though it is v6.8...and it is more of a cosmetic thing to remove it from the quick search. I figured it was something I needed to add to the theme...this tends to be a normal thing with IPS Focus themes. Thanks for the quick reply will get on adding this to my themes.

@Adriano Faria Can this plugin be modified to be able to move other options in the search menu? IF not do you know if there is a way to do it through Custom CSS?

Thanks!! While I am here I did want to suggest a feature. The ability to select what applications you want to enable search for will be nice. I have a list of almost 20 items in that window and it would be nice to trim this down.

I installed this and it seems to change the background color of the search results to a bright white theme, overwritting the sites dark theme. Anyway way to fix this? I'm using IPS Focus themes.
