Hi. I was thinking today about "goals", a module that would allow the user to set a goal, eg "write 10 posts today". The module could have a widget in which the progress would be like when getting another badge.

There could also be a goal completion counter in the profile

In my opinion, it would be great if there was an option in the group settings which disallowed IP logging. This would be useful for administrators, moderators, and groups for people that have a thing for privacy.
A good reason to disable IP logging for admins/mods is that if a security breach ever occurs, the forum administration team will badly be affected (affected the most).

I have something that might help you. I can add a task to deleting them periodically OR add a feature that you requesting. PM me for more details.

I think this is better as a plugin.
It's a seriously infected issue that will cause division in the user base. Personally I would never add it, unless my community is based around a community that think this is important. The reason for that is that it is pretty much a safe bet that people will behave just as bad as on Twitter and I think we have enough trolls to worry about to not add strife amongst our members if we can prevent it.
I am all for expressing yourself and adding whatever labels you feel is appropriate to your community, but this is what custom fields are for and this is what plugins should be used for in my opinion.

Will 4.5 include support for hCaptcha?

You use custom.css and target whatever you want on the page. You can start with something like
[data-pageApp="core"][data-pageLocation="front"][data-pageModule="system"][data-pageController="register"] ...
