It’s usually faulty html in one of the blocks. Impossible to say where exactly from just a screenshot. Could be ad code, theming issues,  user-group styling or even individual forum topics with problematic code. 
I would first try to login as that user to see if you can replicate it. If yes, you can investigate it directly. If not, it might also be a problem on the user’s site. Like ad-blockers interfering with the page and things like that. 

Coming back to this one - the reason the above isn't working in this situation is because the page/database is not using the suite wrapper, and therefore the required javascript elements aren't being loaded to handle the menu requests.

I am not seeing any issues, personally, with missing images/icons in Firefox so this may be something on your local end causing this disruption, I'm afraid. 

Clear cache in all browsers and see if they become similar or the FireFox issue resolves. Then let us know 🙂 

Yes, that’s true. Another thing is, if I can add it here, the notification options. I can’t see any notifications for a new post( only if you following??) it will be handy to receive notifications for new content. Second thing is the refreshing rate, it should be there a task to refresh app every few min etc while your app is running in the background? Atm you need to refresh manually when accessing…

Are you using Safari to create the icon? Do you have any other browser set as your default?

You can use any other browser as default but the icon can be created only via Safari. At least I didn’t find it on Chrome or Firefox.

Access the app, enable the notifications.
Start at the start...
Show your manifest configuration.

'backdrop-filter' is not supported by Firefox, Firefox for Android, Safari, Safari on iOS.

Uninstall, then clean the cache and check again, if using Cloudflare worth to clean the cache there as well 

I also tried this, but same result unfortunately.

Question when I uninstall the plugin it makes my forum all distorted. When I install it back everything goes back to normal. Im using the default style and its on a forum that has no other plugins. Any ideas?

IPS uses a 3rd party monitoring company (uptime.com) to monitor its network.  It's not run on the IPS infrastructure.
If there is ever a situation in which there is a core critical issue, check the status page (https://status.invisioncommunity.com) to get an idea if it's just you or if it's widespread.  
AWS does not publicly post this type of info, especially as it relates to their customers.   

Another way, can you disable all 3rd party plugins and applications and run it again. Maybe one of them conflicting with auto welcome 

It might be that they are transferring the photos from their iphone to other devices in some other manner, and then trying to upload the images on non-iphone devices?
That could be what's happening instead of them uploading straight from their phone. It could also be that this auto conversion only happens in more modern versions of iOS. I have no idea honestly since I have no apple products.
But if multiple users on your forums are reporting it as an issue it could be worth having a plugin made for it.

Just wanted to add that the sites do have nearly constant traffic, just not what I'd consider high traffic.  So other tasks are running fine and as they should.  The Auto Welcome task just never seems to run on its own (despite other tasks running in that same time frame).

While not having constant traffic you should go for cron on server but we are going away from support topic. Happy to help but not here as it is a “support topic” for auto welcome.

The other thing I noticed is in the settings, if I have immediate checked, I don't see the other options.

With it unchecked, I do.

I tried the 1 hour setting, and also tried a manual task run with it set this way but nothing happens.
