You want a setting for each content type? Why? This would overcomplicated things so much:( I see people already asking why they can bookmark content item X but not Y.

Thanks for the other things. It's on the map. I've hired @ehren. to improve the UI & UX, but he's quite busy so it's going to take a while.
 
It works with every theme/design, you'll just need to adjust the template ( see instructions at the end of the post https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/8582-bookmarks-black-friday-deal-10-off/ ) 
 

Hi @Fosters ! How do I disable output in files and in the profile tab?
Can't the design be made a little more attractive using standard IPB classes?
Move the bookmarks button in messages to the menu that is on the top right of messages?
Very good app but apart from two switches in editing groups, I didn't find any more settings..
Do you have time to bring it to its logical end a little?

Add a few settings to enable and disable everything below, please

Default category.
These are the categories that are included in the admin panel.
from these pages, bookmarks should automatically fall into their own categories and already in this category we can add a subcategory in which we want to place favorites.
Everything that is disabled is not shown either where, or categories, or the bookmarks button.

If you add a topic, file, page, gallery, (all except comments and posts) then in the pop-up window bookmarks do not show the Title.

This plugin uses the native Our Picks, which means any feature is stock.  We don't change or modify any of the features.  
As far as I can tell, you cannot edit or customize the promoted content in Our Picks once you publish.  However, I'm sure IPS would appreciate your suggestion in Feedback  

It works indeed, but there's no bookmark link. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of a way, to edit the pages database templates via a hook. As you see in my gif,it works if you add it manually to the template, that's why  I had to improve this for my next release... It will still require a manual template change by the admin, but it works ?

And really not needed. Instead of offering such a thing. I’d rather more effort put into the app instead of people pleasing with freebies.
You have an audience for your apps, there is demand. All I ask is that you take on suggestions, and keep making the app and supply updates. 
 
4.5 looks to be a difficult for developers, so I’m sure we’re all happy to wait. Just keep us updated is all. Because some of our sites depend on certain apps, which should really never be the case, but apps such as this bring a lot to ones forum.

Real life is ed up but I'm still here and few people noticed it already, because i've released 4.5 releases for some other apps in the meanwhile, it was just pointless to reply at this stage to this topic, I have to deliver a stable version and not just some worthless posts promising that it's going to be fixed!

So i just checked. And apparently the medals have this weird text bug or something.

Anyone any ideas how to fix?

I just updated to 1.3.0 and noticed when I try to enable ranks and save&reload it jumps back to disabled.

 
I did not test this before updating so I don't know if this is a regression or an older issue.

Edit: Another issue. When trying to set a default member list I get

I've talked with ehren and we've found a solution for this 🙂
There's no download feature in the new IPS Marketplace anymore. All the applications and plugins need to be installed via the ACP

That’s weird, none template or any other output was changed for the recent version. Could you send me a link to your site please to take a look.

Sorry, your last two points aren’t possible and I’m really not sure if it’s worth to add now topics with replies with specific tags to the list here, that’s kind of out of the scope of this app.

That's what happened to me and I just had to go in and enable it.  Working fine so far.
