Thank you, this is a bug which I will fix as soon as possible.  There was a template problem with 4.2.

Thx. this is indeed a bug, but no panic, it was only logged twice, the same email will NEVER be sent to the same member.

Strange. I had the same error. It was working yesterday and now it just disappeared  

I have reuploaded the file, please try it again.

If you set up the same trophy criteria which you have to awards, they'll get them "back"

That was my mistake.  I was updating the Cover Image and accidentally deleted the screenshots.

There are no settings, the bookmark link will be added automatically if you have permissions ( module permissions)
Are you using a custom theme? If yes, does it work in the default IPS 4.2 theme?

We have released a very early version of 2.2.0 here:) This version is ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH IPS 4.2

This was already suggested, but unfortunately the built in truncate function in IPS which I use ( https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/themes-and-customizations/css-framework/typography-r98/ ) doesn't support it. 
I'll see how easy it is to replace it with something own which supports toggle.

It seems that you're trying to install it again instead of upgrading. You have to use the "Upload a new version" link

The uninstall issue is a bug in IPS4.2
