  1. Are you getting the same exact error mentioned above, @Square Wheels?
  2. Are you using Template Cache in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration? If so, try disabling that to see if there is a writing issue with your cache.
  3. What is the cookie name? We can verify that for you.
  4. This would indicate that you are already using these items so cannot re-use them. With that in mind, the drop-down is working for me but you also have a sub-menu under this item as well so it could be creating issues for you so I would recommend removing the sub-items that are outside of the drop-down. Would advise clearing your browser's cache if you're having issues.
  5. The URL slug would be: /clients/credit/
  6. Commissions would be attributed as Account Credit so you would need to ensure that you have added the Account Credit menu item to your navigation via the Menu Manager. The user can then click that and view their Account Credit.
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. We do have our Beginner package at an annual pricing of $49 which comes with the below:
  9. I'm afraid, we cannot with that high number of third party add-ons. It is, unfortunately, impeding any further testing.
  10. An Internal Server Error is very much like your car's check engine light. It says something is wrong but not what or where. You would need to obtain your server error log entry for that error and post that here for us to provide further assistance.
  11. Could you please provide a link to the articles? It may be that they contain something which we no longer allow or accidentally disallowed in our firewall rules so would need to be reviewed. Otherwise, you may run into it again.
  12. With 438 hook poins and 70+ applications and 70+ plugins, I would strongly urge you to uninstall any which you are not using or are not 100% essential to your community. These can create issues even if they are disabled.
  13. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  14. This would not be site wide. It would only be blocking your IP address. You would want to check if you have an RSS feed readers from your computer pointed to your community, anything like that which may be creating errors or lots of requests. If this does not meet your usage, we would need to know what you're doing. Are you posting something specific which always gets blocked and then you can't do anything else? Are you trying to run an upgrade, third party install, etc... and it's failing? As this is happening right now specific to you, we need more information about what is happening.
  15. This would likely be something which you are performing as you are getting caught by the firewall and getting temporarily blocked. Are you running something perhaps from the same IP address as yourself which is running into errors or making a lot of requests? This could be maybe a feed reader, local code hitting the API, or something else?
  16. That changed the stack trace so while I understand it didn't resolve it, you are making progress. Next step would be switching to an unmodified theme.
  17. Would want to go to ACP -> Support -> on the right-hand side under "Tools & Diagnostics" -> click View Third party Hooks -> Find the number in the error stack above and try disabling the third party application/plugin. If that resolves your error, that third party application/plugin is the issue.
  18. The follow system by nature is explicit opt in per forum/topic/content item. I'm afraid, there is no opt in to follow all forums. A third party customization would be required to do this. The REST API does not handle follows in this manner at this time. You're welcome to suggest this in our Feedback forum.
  19. You'd want to block this at the server or network-level then if you're seeing this from a particular set of bots.
  20. Would ensure that the cron command is actually running PHP 8.1 there. Otherwise, you will need to see what the error is there. You should be able to grab that in System Log of the ACP -> Support.
  21. The event has to take place in the future. Then a "Set Reminder" button will appear on the vent.
  22. File system is fine till you find you need otherwise. Many communities will never outgrow the need for file system.
  23. Please discuss anything related to Invisioneer there, they are not associated with us.
  24. Would clear any OPCache, etc... If everything has been ran successfully via your MySQL server. You can certainly try a manual upgrade. Of course, be sure to take necessary backups.
