  1. To be fair here, this isn't rather an issue/bug but rather how the software is intended to work. While I understand you want to see this changed, I do want to set expectations here and point out that this isn't like fixing some small-time bug, edit two lines of code and we're done. It's a fairly large design change to Commerce and functionality of all who use Commerce. With that in mind, this is not something that will more than likely happen in version 4. The future is still out on changes here so can keep your eyes open but I would not set your heart one way or another 🙂 .
  2. You would want to clear your cache in Support to clear any block cache. You can also try rebuilding your search index in ACP -> System -> Search.
  3. I'm afraid, for security reasons, we cannot provide a password which is given to us. However, you can reset the password and then re-apply it to the Client Area Access Details.
  4. ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System -> on Clubs, click permissions (padlock icon) and choose which groups you want to have access.
  5. Unfortunately, just like Marc, I am not having issues adding or removing items. That is very odd that you're having this. Have you tried under the admin account you've provided us?
  6. May be worth trying in incognito mode in Chrome to see if there is something else causing your issue.
  7. Would try clearing your browser's local storage, cache, and cookies to be sure this isn't influencing anything.
  8. We would need to know what you mean by this. What are you performing? With bit.ly on my end, when I click the Promote button, the link is shortened and the URL provided is working without issue.
  9. Sorry, I am afraid, we only can speak/read English.
  10. Looking at your community, it is running through CloudFlare's nameservers but you are on our Cloud. This may cause unintended issues through communication channels which we can't review. I would set your nameservers to our own for any troubleshooting so that we can rule out any interruptions reporting back from bit.ly.
  11. I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean that the system works as intended with my Access Token, yes, it does.
  12. Unfortunately, I seem to be having an issue with your Access Token but not one I have generated for myself. I would ensure that your account is verified and in good standing. You will then likely want to regenerate your access token.
  13. @PayMap I've hidden your screenshot as it includes your API key.
  14. This should be fixed in 4.7.14. If you are still having issues with this, we would need an example.
  15. Nope, just need a full backup of database and files. We're just a standard PHP / MySQL application in that regards 🙂
  16. You would just restore from the backup 🙂. You would restore your database and files, including our core files. The software would run at that point if it is compatible with your hosting and configured to your database correctly. If at that time you wish to upgrade to the latest release, if your license is expired, you would renew it and do an upgrade.
  17. Have you tested this with any other service providers’ PWA or just ours? Had a colleague test this on Android, non Samsung and didn’t have an issue so wondering if something up with Samsung implementation.
  18. The license would not hold your data/attachments of your community. It is just your rights to run the software and the benefits that come along with that. You would need to contact your hosting provider to obtain a database and filesystem backup of your community to be able to use it at a later date.
  19. Think this topic has run its course here. John, if we can be of further assistance, please feel free to open a ticket 🙂 .
  20. Think we're splitting hairs at this point 🙂 . The 2FA timeout is functioning as it should, if it is prompting you again on login. However, the ACP timeout is the real issue here. We will continue to inspect that in the proper topic and that will resolve the issue here as well.
  21. Most of these stats from the core software got moved into the block manager. You can read more and see those by going to:
  22. Keep in mind 2FA will also prompt on login once the session is terminated. However, if you set 2FA to 1 min then every 1 min you will be prompted for 2FA. However, if you set it to 1 day and the session ends, it will still prompt you if you require 2FA as a part of your login.
  23. I'm afraid, server setup and recommendations are not within our scope of support.
  24. As mentioned, we do not support LiteSpeed so it could encounter unintended consequences if you are. You would need to contact your hosting provider to determine the issue at hand though. It would be recommended to run Apache or NGINX though.
  25. The two operate independently of one another. 2FA timeout would come up even if your session is active. I.E. 2FA timeout was set to 1 minute, you would be prompted every 1 minute when accessing those items. With that in mind, we are looking into the ACP timeout still.
