If you're running CRON, please check to ensure that it is running appropriately on your server without error and the correct PHP is attributed to it (i.e. if you recently upgraded from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0 sometimes this is included in the path)
If CRON is working on your server without errors, you will want to check your System Log in our software for any errors. If there are any resulting from background tasks, we would require access to take a look at them:
