  1. As this is kind of an odd scenario, I transferred this to a ticket so we can take a closer look. Please watch your email inbox for further communication.
  2. You're very welcome. Glad we could be of assistance!
  3. Are they attempting to pay with a stored credit card?
  4. This would happen if for instance you changed your Stripe account or manually deleted them from Stripe.
  5. Were any clients removed from Stripe? The customer there would be the customer ID from Stripe.
  6. For UTF8mb4, you will need to use our conversion tool. There is no way around it, I'm afraid. There is a CLI option which is available and recommended for large databases. You can find this information it the ACP -> Support area:
  7. You would need to reach out to CF for assistance.
  8. Thank you for updating those. Did you manually attempt to update your tables to UTF8MB4? Unfortunately, there are a lot of weird collations in your database. I would suggest running our conversion if you attempted this manually.
  9. Not just FTP is required here. ACP access is as well.
  10. Please ensure you ran it against the database mentioned in the file above. Unfortunately, it is still invalid.
  11. You can find the correct database in conf_global.php What you showed here is different than above screenshot. Is this just a snippet or are you getting new/different queries after each run? If just a snippet, please provide us access: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  12. When running these manually are you running them on the correct database? Does each query run and complete without error? Have you tried running the queries through the ACP?
  13. What specifically are the database problems that you are running to fix?
  14. There are some issues with the registration process and subscriptions which has been fixed in 4.7: "Fixed some issues that can occur when requiring a subscription or product to be purchased during registration." I am unable to reproduce this on 4.7.
  15. The user would need to login via Google and supply a Display Name before continuing. This would be intended per your configuration of it.
  16. Please keep in mind, we cannot advise you on how to do things in another platform, in this case Google Adsenses. It would be up to yourself to understand the platform you choose or reach out to them for assistance if you do not understand it.
  17. ACP -> Members -> Members -> view a member -> on "Posts", click the down arrow -> Recount.
  18. You can adjust the content count manually in the ACP on the member profile. I cannot tell you how to do this manually in the database or via code as that is outside our scope of support. The system will continue to count from the artificial count you supply in the ACP. Just ensure an administrator does not rebuild the count as that will reset it back to only content that is available in the database. Keep in mind though, there may be scenarios in the future that we need to rebuild the content count like we have needed to going from version 3 to version 4 so it may get set back sometime in the future.
  19. As you recently upgraded from version 3, the counts are of actual content (not just forum posts, if you use the full suite of software) in the database at time of upgrade. This would be an accurate count of all the content for a user.
  20. You would need to disable Automatic Advertisements in Google AdSense's dashboard. You would need to contact AdSense for assistance in doing so as this would be outside our scope of support.
  21. You're very welcome. Glad we could be of assistance.
  22. You have automatic ads still enabled on Google AdSense, this is what is breaking your community:
  23. "No background tasks running" under "Background Processes" in the ACP -> System -> Dashboard, would be expected if you have no background tasks in your queue. This will happen at times and is not indication of an issue. If there is an error with background tasks, you would receive a warning in the ACP notification system.
  24. I would recommend checking to ensure that these items are available to Guests. A 403 is a permissions error so if it is just these few URLs, it could simply be Guests don't have access to view them.
  25. Did you disable all third party items, including advertisements, as mentioned above?
