  1. Glad to hear you got it sorted. You're very welcome!
  2. I would suggest making it only available to your Administrator group. You do this by editing the theme and adjusting the "Available for" selection. You can then go to the front-end, scroll to the bottom, and click "Theme" to change your theme to it.
  3. Unfortunately, it is not. I am getting blocked by it when doing legitimate tasks in the ACP so to troubleshoot this you will want to disable it completely.
  4. Please disable CloudFlare and try again.
  5. Thank you. I have transferred this to a ticket as we will require more information. Please check your email for further instructions.
  6. Do you believe these to be bots accessing your community? If so, I would advise implementing stronger spam prevention rules. I would suggest reading our Guide here: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/security-and-rules/spam-prevention-r9/ Currently, your registration looks to only require a CAPTCHA. I would suggest trying Question and Answers but make them something specific to your niche. What you are asking for allowing the posting of links, this does not exist in the software and would require a customization. You are welcome to post your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion for review for a future release.
  7. Unfortunately, the credentials on file include a display name but the login form requires an email address. Could you please update?
  8. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  9. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  10. You mentioned external code. Could you please clarify what you are performing and how you are interacting with the system? Group promotions should be acted on save, however, how exactly you are doing this is information we're missing to further troubelshoot.
  11. Unfortunately, that is not enough information of an issue with the software itself. It could be you no longer are ranking for that term due to many different factors in Google's Algorithm. If you have errors in Google's Webmaster, feel free to share those, but simply changing ranks for terms or being removed completely is not evidence of a software error.
  12. This is by design for this "block." You would not be able to expand this menu without some form of customization. Here is a similar category block in Downloads (our Marketplace): If you would like to change this behavior in the software, please leave your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum.
  13. This would require customization as it is not how the software works out of the box. You can of course submit a feature request in our Feature Suggestion forum for a future release, however.
  14. Has the product which they purchased been removed? I am not seeing a product for that price or name present.
  15. Could you please clarify what you're attempting to do with Zapier in our software when you encounter this?
  16. You have a third-party plugin called "Pages Category URL" but you do not have Pages. Therefore, it looks like it is trying to access things which you do not have thus an error is appropriate. You will want to uninstall it.
  17. I am a little confused, the link you provided there shows that Google is indeed indexing your community. Your community is relatively new from the looks of it so it will take time. Additionally, whether or not you are showing for the keywords you would like to in Google would be a matter of targeting your content for those keywords rather than an issue necessarily with the software. While the software is optimized technically for SEO, Google's algorithm will still require good content and to target the keywords you want to rank for. If you are seeing errors in your Google Webmaster account, that is something which we can assist you with. However, if you are looking for a general SEO strategy for your content, I would advise working with an SEO agency or we can move this to a different forum.
  18. If you unlock the queue task there, do they start running again?
  19. Please ask your hosting provider or server administrator.
  20. Please see my previous post for instructions on how to do so:
  21. If you have mod_security or any other security module enabled, please disable it to test what is happening here. Otherwise, we require access to see what is happening: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  22. As Nathan mentioned, they would only receive this if they have configured it as such. If there are any further questions, please let us know.
  23. Glad to hear you were able to complete the upgrade 🙂 .
  24. If there are any issues on the software-side of things, please let us know and we can certainly assist there 🙂 . However, upgrading the software itself is pretty straight-forward, as mentioned above.
  25. I'm afraid, you will want to continue to simplify your environment as I am unable to reproduce this. It seems each step that you're taking to simplify it keeps removing errors so if you are unable to find any errors logs, simplifying it down to a basic server may be your only choice. If you have any caching, at any level, you will want to disable it completely. You may wish to check all server permissions, including file/folder ownership as that may impact things additionally. While I would expect this to be a global issue, it may be further impacted if there is any caching.
