  1. I have moved this to our Feature Suggestion forum as currently if you provide access for the member group to see who reacted on the content, that is as far as we currently provide. The notification itself will be general.
  2. Your theme may be out of date so you would need to work with your theme’s author to upgrade to be compatible with the latest release.
  3. We do not have a way to specify which forums advertisements appear on. However, you can use the custom location tag to setup your own custom locations in your theme. I'm afraid though, this is outside our scope of support. Here is more information on that: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/monetization/internal-advertising-r57/#manualplace
  4. I tried to take a courtesy look at your server directory to see if there is anything that sticks out there, but the FTP access details are incorrect. If in your Invision Community installation directory there is a .htaccess or php.ini, please ensure that these are set correctly and not overriding anything set at the server level.
  5. Sorry, that is correct. Please see my post in that topic. That will answer your other questions 🙂.
  6. Please disable all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme. Please also remove any third party advertisements and Javascript. Then please try again. Often, there is an error here in the Javascript which is encountered cause it not to save. If you're still having issues after performing that, please provide us access as detailed below: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  7. Are you having any issues with this application? I am seeing that there is a missing language string at least as it is appearing as: __app_forumadverts I would suggest reaching out to the author for assistance here.
  8. This may be related to your issue with the corrupted third-party application so I would recommend awaiting that resolution before we look into this further.
  9. I'm afraid, the complete order data cannot be exported into a CSV/spreadsheet at this time. If you would like to see this in a future release, please post your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  10. Unfortunately, the URLs listed there in your screenshot are not a licensed URL on any of your licenses. For support, please ensure you are using a license URL. Additionally, while we can review this, it often comes down to that there is a configuration misconception on the server, being one directory is running a different PHP configuration then another or there is caching in place.
  11. As Randy mentioned, check your themes and third party applications/plugins by switching to an unmodified theme and disabling third party applications/plugins.
  12. If you see this ongoing in your system log and active as of today, I would upload a full set of files from the Client Area, extract them to your local computer and then upload the contents of the "ips_****" folder to your server, overwriting what is there.
  13. Thanks our developers will review this in your ticket.
  14. Please let us know where you are with fixing the issue we outlined last. Did you upload the core files again? If so, please provide us access to your FTP.
  15. You will want to check those tabs and see what exactly it is stating. This would indicate that you did not fill out a form field correctly or something else went wrong.
  16. It looks like you enabled URL rewrites but did not apply the .htaccess or mod_rewrite is not enabled on your server. Please see the information in ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs. If you applied the .htaccess correctly, please contact your hosting provider for further assistance.
  17. Please go to ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> follow the instructions under Rewritten URLs to apply the .htaccess to your server. (NOTE: our software only provides the rewrites for Apache. If you are running another web server, please contact your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance)
  18. Sounds great. Please loop back your findings as someone else may run into this as well 🙂 .
  19. Did you upload the files from the Client Area? Did this resolve your original issue? What you're mentioning here sounds different than the original issue so we would require further information on what is happening to assist. As a first step, if you're using a custom theme, language pack, and third party applications/plugins, I would recommend disabling these and switching to unmodified theme/language pack to see if this helps resolve any issues.
  20. Sorry. It is not an application or plugin so we cannot. These would be manual file edits. You would need to go to the Client Area and download a full set of files then extract these to your computer. Then upload the contents of the “ips_****” folder to your server, overwriting what is there.
  21. You should have receive an email last year about how you obtain access to support will be changing. Technical software support will be handled here via our community so (Hi!) you've found us 🙂 . We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  22. Please disable whatever ACP customizations you have which are creating the below and other inconsistencies: Unfortunately, as you have modified the ACP and are encountering issues, you will need to place back the core code.
  23. Unfortunately, there really isn't a way to do this in the default software though without allowing your other groups to bypass the word & link filters as the link filtering is not group specific. Which I would not recommend.
  24. Please switch to an unmodified theme and see if it still persists, if so, you will need to contact your theme's author for assistance. If it still persists on an unmodified theme, please remove anything which is custom or third party. I see a custom block with what may be custom HTML so I would recommend temporarily removing that. I would also recommend to disable any advertisements and third party Javascript.
  25. Please contact your theme's author for assistance with their theme.
