  5. We would not recommend allowing individuals to post HTML that you do not know. This can lead to errors and security consequences. However, if you do want groups you trust, like administrators, to post HTML. You can provide them this permission in their member group setting, "Allow HTML"

  7. Is this something you can reproduce here? Could you please provide an example? Please ensure that the list is not rich text, and you allow for rich text pasting as this may cause some inconsistencies.
  8. Live URL and Test URL are URL specific; they are not licensed to your domain. Typically, the Test URL can only be reset when the Live URL's domain is changed. We recommend using a sub-domain of the Live URL's domain so that you can account for this more easily. As this is what you are wanting here, I can provide you with a courtesy reset if you are no longer using the Test URL on file.   9. Please ensure you update your FTP access details in the fields provided for those rather than notes. I was able to gain access but I'm afraid, you have Gallery installed which is not an application you are licensed for so please uninstall that before we can move forward.

  11. OK, I was able to delete the Affinity Summer theme for you which looked to be corrupted via the ACP -> Customization -> Themes -> click the down arrow -> Delete. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  12. I would not advise copying tables from a fresh instance as this may cause further issues. Are you happy with us to uninstall the theme?
  13. Could you please provide a screenshot or video? Unfortunately, this sounds like a local issue as I am not having problems.
  14. Unfortunately, the editor is loading right away for me. You may wish to clear your browser's cache if you're having any issues. Could you please clarify/elaborate on the other issues you mentioned? I'm not too sure I understand what you mean there.
  15. You are using a different theme on the editor, I'm afraid. You will want to switch to the default theme. Please do not message credentials. The secure area in our Client Area should be used: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   16. I'm afraid, this is not how the software is intended to work at this time. You are more than welcome to provide your suggestion, as mentioned above though.
  17. Please do not mention support personnel, an available agent will answer your topic in this forum according to our support standards. Could you please elaborate further on how you're pasting URLs which is creating an issue? They will parse once the URL is recognized by the editor. Depending on your server, it may take a few moments for this to happen. BBCode is deprecated and may be removed in a future release but at this point is still available.
  18. Please disable all third party applications/plugins and third party Javascript (including advertisements), these can influence how this behaves.
  19. This looks to be a modification that you are able to view other individuals' attachments. Please contact the author of this modification for assistance if there are any issues accessing items from it. If you have examples of missing attachments from content in the core system, please provide links to the content.

It looks like you set the "4.3 Default" theme as the parent, as you can see there is an arrow to the left of the name which means it is a parent theme and if you click that arrow, it will expand to show child themes. The theme "Affinity Summer" looks to be corrupted or otherwise. Something is wrong with this. If it is not in use, we may be able to uninstall it for you. Please let us know.
  21. Unfortunately, the credentials on file in the Client Area are not accurate so I was unable to test as a member. However, when attempting to load the CKEditor as a guest use Post Before Registration, it loaded but was really slow. It looks like you may have some add-ons and a custom theme for CKEditor or your server is slowing in rendering these resources. I would suggest disabling all third party add-ons and switching back to an unmodified theme for both your community and CKEditor.
  22. The current design of the software would be the user needs to accept it or discontinue use of your community. If you would like to see a change in a future release, please submit your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum.

  25. Sorry, we are not CloudFlare subject matter experts so would not be able to answer any questions about their platform. I would advise disabling anything which is creating issues for you, however. If you’re struggling to get CloudFlare to work for you, I would advise disabling it.
