  1. Do you have the URL to given category here that we can look at? If you do not wish to post it publicly, please feel free to place this in the notes section of the Client Area Access Details.
  2. I have moved this to a ticket for you so we can investigate further the upgrade issue here. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  3. Where are you seeing the plugin recommendation to uninstall?
  4. Unfortunately, as mentioned, I can only tell you from the software-side what is happening here. NGINX is not a supported web server so any support would need to go to your hosting provider or server administrator (or possibly an experience NGINX server admin can respond here).
  5. That would likely still be a redirect error because the software is directing you to one place and then your server is directing to another. When they finally meet, you're getting logged in as expected or hitting a CSRF key error because the key expired in that time (expected security behavior). You would want to continue to investigate how your system is configured, especially with HTTP to HTTPS redirects. As you mentioned, the software is configured for HTTPS, there is no need to redirect this on the server side and it may be creating conflicts so disabling that would be advised.
  6. Iโ€™m afraid, that would be for your hosting provider or server administrator to investigate from the server error logs.
  7. You will want to contact your hosting provider for assistance. Typically, thatโ€™s a performance or delivery issue with processing on the server
  8. If you want to only count and reward for posts, you would simply remove your Achievements Rule for Topics. (Don't forget to rebuild Achievements again once you do ๐Ÿ™‚ )
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. The symptoms and URLs you are mentioning are indicative of a redirect conflict, which is why I have provided you that recommendation ๐Ÿ˜‰
  11. If you are logged into the ACP still this means that your session has not expired yet so there is no need for authentication. If you are presented the log in form, this means there is no active session so you would need to login in again. This intended and the ACP session would not be saved via a cookie, like the front-end sessions are so you would indeed need to login each time the session expires. I would advise working with a more advanced server administrator if you are having issues or troubleshooting your configuration by removing redirects. Redirect conflicts would not result in a server error log.
  12. Unfortunately, server configurations are not something which would be something we support. If you have any questions, asking your server administrator or hosting provider would be advised. With that said, if your software's conf_global.php file is not configured for HTTPS then this may be causing issues if the software is POST'ing to HTTP and then the server redirects to HTTPS.
  13. This is a static menu manager which can be managed by going to ACP -> System -> Menu Manager. Can read more about it here:
  14. We can certainly look into it but as mentioned, we'd need an example member display name or ID.
  15. If you go to ACP -> Support, is the application still listed there as an issue with PHP 8 compatibility?
  16. Would recommend that you check redirects on your server as it sounds like something is happening here in ACP. Maybe an HTTP to HTTPS redirect which is causing issues logging in.
  17. You are providing 1 point for a post and 1 point for a topic. For the author of the topic, this would equate to 2 points for just creating a topic (1 for the topic and 1 for a post). However, keep in mind that the content count does not function this way so their content count and their achievements will be a different number.
  18. Glad to hear you were able to resolve your issue.
  19. Would recommend trying what Adlago mentioned, if you're an unrestricted moderator, I would also check to see if you have mod_security enabled on your server as there is a 403 error in the console when saving the editor on that post which could be related here.
  20. As you are on our Cloud, there is indeed guest caching so it may take a little while before guests see any changes. Please also ensure that the parent forum/category to this "Discussion" forum is also viewable by guests.
  21. I can really only suggest that it is an issue with their local computer, if you have tested this yourself and it doesn't seem to be tied to their account.
  22. 1. For CRON, you would need to ensure you copy the whole provided command in the ACP. As it includes the keys for you. 2. That would be for your hosting provider to confirm that what they implemented actually works but yes, should that remove all the aspects outlined in the warning, it will work ๐Ÿ™‚ .
  23. It is currently still being investigated.
  24. We would require the user's display name or ID.
