    Go to your forums page, click the arrow on the right. You want the widget that says 'members', I think it's under system. Then you can configure to last activity, who is online, etc.

    The email address used for invoice uses the outgoing email address in your Email Settings so would not necessarily follow this pattern.

    Ah yes, thank you! I completely forgot about piping. Just found some old email forwarders. Thanks Jim.

  3. Our email accounts are not monitored for Commerce as we do everything through the support request/ticket system. However, clearing out emails dating back to 2015. I've come across many replies to tickets within the emails which have of course gone unnoticed.

    So, two things are going through my mind. Was it not a feature that was or could be enabled? So when someone does reply via email, this is automatically added to the ticket? If this is not the case, how can I stop people replying to the email, could a message be added to the email body notifying the user to not reply to the email but login and answer through the support ticket.

    The only thing I've found is -

    If a customer replies by email to a resolved support request:

    • Reopen support request
    • Create a new support request
      A note will show to indicate the support request was created in this way and link to the original request.
    • Reject and notify user
      An email will be sent back to the user to explain their reply was not processed.

    But the above only seems to relate to a resolved request?

    I’d move host, never known hosting company to be so unhelpful. Don’t continue to give them your money.

    If you could move host and ask them if they’d be willing to support 5.4 briefly while you get the forum up. I would highly recommend upgrading to the latest IPB software and then the host can change php 7.2/7.3+ and you’ll be on your way.

  5. As above, but you can’t hide forums and then have a link in the menu to access that forum.

    Users won’t see the forum unless they have permission to do so, you don’t need to worry about hiding the forum.

  6. My next suggestion would be to download the whole site and run it in wamp localhost to see if you can get it running. But I’m afraid of suggesting such a thing if you’re not sure on how it all works or how to do it.

    Just like MissB I’m happy to have a quick look on cPanel and just check everything is correct and that it matches up. Though I’m not sure how much more I’d be able to do if MissB has gone through everything, but offer is there.

    The last added feature was in Version 1.4.1, Released May 19, 2018, New Feature: Moderators with award medal permission can now also remove a medal from a members profile.

    And before that was...

    Version 1.3.0, Released December 12, 2017, New Features: Member Filter Extension, Further Rules App Integration, Font Awesome Icon Support, Medals can be replaced by other medals, Medals can be awarded via the "Create Menu".

    In 3 years, that is all we have got, yet just over the last year, 3/5 of us are saying the same things we wish to see. There's demand, people want your app and want to support YOU, yet we're not getting very much. And this is why I haven't bothered to renew, there's nothing to renew my licence for...

    This could be one of the great apps in the market place, but you're simply not fulling your customers. But very happy to take the money.

    Maybe some of us can get together and make a list of features/add-ons we want and see if they can realistically be done.

    I'm not having a go at you, and life does indeed get in the way. But nothing is 3 years (a worthwhile update or feature) is a disappointment. Maybe even someone could take this off you and look after it, and they can take control and update it?

  8. Bear with me as this is a strange one and I really have no idea why it's doing it... Let me explain.

    In my stream it tells you who has replied to whose topic, but mine doesn't make any sense what so ever.

    How it should read:

    Topic Title 1
    Member 1 replied to Member 2 topic's in Forum 1


    Topic Title 2
    Member 1 posted a topic in Forum 1


    What I see:

    Topic Title 1
    Member 2 replied to topic's Member 1 in Forum 1
    Topic Title 2
    a topic posted Member 1 in Forum 1

    Waiting on someone joining through Twitter. Normal registration is unaffected from my most recent sign up. So it must be a social issue again. But it doesn’t make sense as to why they stopped worked since a change in settings.
