    No, there is no option in the ACP. But you could export the data from phpMyAdmin and choose the CSV/Excel format as output format.

    Check your purchase keys at https://invisioncommunity.com/marketplace/previous-purchases/
    Then click on PROVIDER and once you're in the provider profile, click on FIND MY SERVICE to redeem the keys on their site.

    It appears you are also using an old version of the platform. In the first instance, I would advise on upgrading to the latest release.

    I'm hoping this will help get Pages installed on your community.
    Always make a backup of your community beforehand just in case you do get any unexpected errors.

    Hi @Nehaj,
    If you toggle the setting for there to be an unlimited amount of time for invoices to be paid, and therefore not expire, does that help you?
    If the above is enabled, the invoice flow relating to expirations would be as follows:
    Purchase expiration date
    If the purchase has an associated PayPal subscription, payment is taken.
    If the purchase has not been renewed, it enters a grace period where it is beyond its expiration date but still considered active. The length of the grace period can be set in the product settings.
    If the customer pays the invoice now, the current expiration date is extended by one renewal term. After grace period
    The purchase expires and any benefits given by the purchase are revoked. If the product has a custom email set to send when the purchase expires, that email is sent.
    If the customer pays the invoice now, the purchase is reactivated and a new expiry date is set to one renewal period from the current date. These settings are found in your AdminCP -> Commerce -> Invoices -> Invoice Settings
    If you do have an expiration date for invoices set, let's say 30 days for example, then after the grace period, the invoice flow would include:
    30 days after invoice was generated
    If the invoice has still not been paid, it expires and can no longer be paid. To renew, an invoice would need to be manually generated in the AdminCP. Hope this helps you.

    Ok, utf8mb3 is the new alias for utf8 in recent MySQL versions.
     
    You have to convert your database to utf8mb4 with the tool in the ACP before upgrading to the latest version.
    There should be a link to the tool on the ACP > Support page. Click the link and start the conversion from there.
    Alternatively, there is also a tool you can run from SSH if your database is big (GBs of data).

    Oh Sorry , no hard feelings here , just that I have read in earlier posts pages app will have some changes . my English knowledge just make me sound weird . you guys have done a super job on v5 and I lift my hat for you guys . I just hoped pages app got some updated with some spicy templates etc . pages app is the best app in the suite in my opinion . because you do tons of things with pages app 😘 and deserve good looking templates etc
    Its Friday and be happy 🙂 excuse me if I sounded judgmental (my English, still learning 😉 )
    i will love v5 for sure 👏

    If this is something you are going to attempt yourself, essentially you will be doing the following
    Backup, backup, then backup some more Remove all 3rd party items that you are not 100% using The ones that are left, you need to contact the authors to see what to do with them. Thi sisnt really something we can advise on. Generally it would just be to disable them and then upgrade them once you have upgraded the software, but best practice would be to contact the author Switch the site offline from your admin CP Change your PHP settings to run PHP 8.1 Run the requirement checker to make sure you have everything updated you need to on your server Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade

    Its actually more likely to be an issue with the way they have cloudflare set up. The issue is that its not getting back to their hosting

    I would advise first of all addressing items that are showing in the support section of your admin CP, and encuring you have your 3rd Party items up to date if you are going to use them. Of course you really need to test without them running. For example, at least one of those deals with badges, and is showing out of date.
