  1. You need to export the database and ensure you export with the correct charsets etc, then do the same when importing. You have missed some UTF8 data when importing, from what you are describing
  2. You would need to speak to your hosting company to disable mod_security
  3. Please could you check that username? There doesnt appear to be a user with that name on your site

  11. That message being logged is being logged by your PHP instances limits unfortunately, and isnt being returned by the software

  15. This is under "customer actions". Do you have commerce installed (I see you have a license) and are you sure the user has actually downloaded anything?

  17. Ah, to cleary this is only the downloads application. This is not something you can see from attachments if thats what you are looking for?

  19. Have you rebuilt your search index? If not, you would need to do this from System>Search in your Admin CP
  20. If you change a forum name, one simply redirects to the other automatically, so it wouldnt affect it. In fact the name in the URL is simply for the human readable aspect. It's the number that makes the diferrence. For example, the URL for this forum is https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/497-help-support/ But if you go here, it goes to the same place, as the ID is the same https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/497-its-almost-christmas/
  21. You can do this from the admin CP. Open the users profile in the admin CP, then on the right, you can change "All Recent Account Activity" to "Files Downloaded"
  22. Please could you update your details on file? Your FTP detail isnt correct at present
  23. Because there are different displays of editor per size. You need to check this within Customization>Editor>Toolbars on your admin CP, to check its available on each size
  24. Given the error message there, that would be a question for your hosting company.
