  1. In our experience, this hasnt been the case. Of course you should always consult in your own area with your own legal team if needed. All I can say at present however is that this isnt a feature of the platform at present.
  2. Unfortunately this is because you are currently using windows server, in which this will not properly work on and is not supported
  3. If you go to System>Settings>Terms and privacy policy within your admin CP, you will see "Guest options" at the bottom of that area. You can switch this on and add {cookies} to that which will show the standard cookies text. I believe this is what you are looking for
  4. Thank you for reporting the issue there. Could you please let me know how you are getting to that page on the site? Is this just a link you have had bookmarked?
  5. No problem. Hope they manage to find their issue there, but glad its not an issue on your site itself at least
  6. Ah, on that version you will not see clear cache. Its done when you go to System>Support>Support, select "something isnt working correctly" and click next
  7. We cannot make decicions to make wholesale changes on large parts of the product as part of a response to a support ticket. These are things that need to be decided on internally if we are changing anything, then specced out, developers assigned, developed, changed, and added to a release.
  8. As mentioned above, there is no way in which to export all posts a user has created at the present time. You can export only personal data. It would be interesting to have a read on the case you mention above though, if you could provide links to that.
  9. I can bring it up internally for further discussion to see if we can make that any clearer
  10. Those are the same page, however when the parameter for register is passed, it changes the text shown
  11. Could you please clarify what you mean here? At present the warning tells you what you need to do there. Im not sure what we could make clearer in that scenario
  12. There is actually only one page there. Those links are the same, it just one is passing a parameter
  13. There is very much a possibility of that, yes. I would suggest disabling that completely. Especially while trying to diagnose issues.
  14. No problem. Once you come back with that we can take a closer look 🙂
  15. Thank you for reporting this issue. I have added an internal bug report for this, so that we can get it resolved
  16. You would go to support, then select "clear cache" on the right You can switch it to debug using the method described here
  17. You can make that say anything you like by editing that language string. The string you are looking for is mailsub__core_contact_form Please, see the following guide on how to use the standard translations if you are unsure on how to do this https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/themes-and-customizations/languages-and-localization_326/translating-using-the-standard-editor-r120/
  18. If you could provide that user, we can take a look for you and see whats happening. Add that name to your notes on access details if you would rather provide privately
  19. You would really need to speak to your hosting provider about that. Nothing in code can really crash or corrupt a table, unless there is an issue with the mysql setup itself. INNODB is something we have recommended for quite a long time. Its always been recommended on 4.x and actually for quite some time even before that point
  20. As mentioned above, this is something you would need modification to achieve. I will move this topic to our theming area, so you can discuss this further, but this isnt something we would cover as part of support unfortunately.
  21. Sorry, Im not understanding what you are reporting as a bug on this one. Please could you clarify? You are saying that when using a locale that uses a comma, the progress bar is displayed incorrectly. However its using a comma in your screenshot
  22. Excellent, thank you for getting back to us
  23. Its showing as compatible with 4.6. If you open that file, you can see what its compatible with on the right
  24. Glad to hear thats now sorted for you. I have created a bug report so that we can resolve the initial issue for future.
