  1. As mentioned, this is not a cloud product however. We would not generally assist with this. I would need confirmation also that this is definitely what needs to happen
  2. This is not something which is known as being a bug. What problem are you having with changing it?
  3. Excellent. Glad to hear that 🙂
  4. This will be what you are looking for 🙂
  5. @Martin A. Please could you clarify what is the case with this? We would not support 3rd party items of course, and this is not a cloud product. It's a marketplace installed item, so should be able to just be uninstalled or upgraded
  6. It isnt. As has been mentioned a few times above, its something you would deal with browser side
  7. Good spot. However I would say that being the case makes it actually more likely that its someone who has tried to manually add a link to an item from another post.
  8. You can manually add tags to individual items yourself. Is this what you are looking for, or are you referring to the automatic addition of things?
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. Ah sorry, my confusion. While I understand what they are saying there, something is causing issues with permissions there unfortunately. The only thing that has indeed changed is the PHP version on the hosting. Check if its 777 on that folder. If it is, try setting it to 644 and empty the folder. See if that works for you
  11. That would generally indicate the attachment is no longer there. Is this from a topic where that item was directly attached, or has someone added the link manually from elsewhere? I ask as if someone has done this, it can cause it to go missing when the original content is deleted
  12. Glad to hear it 🙂
  13. In your setup there, it would also accept USA, UK, and Malaysia
  14. You have an issue with your mysql instance. That error indicates there are crashed tables. You would need to contact your hosting company about this. If you take a look in uploads/logs on the server, you should be able to ascertain which table is causing issues.
  15. I would wait to see what your host comes back with first of all.
  16. The above is correct. You would need to upgrade to the latest release. There is no access to older releases of the platform.
  17. Do the events have addresses set within them? Also, has your browser allowed the checking of your location?
  18. While I appreciate there are things that may have been there before the update, there may be something on the update that its now triggering. Please disable these and test again in the first instance
  19. I would check the htaccess as it's often missed with being a hidden file. After that, check mod rewrite is enabled on the server itself
  20. That would be correct, yes.
  21. I'm a little confused by what is being reported here, as what you have looks to be correct. It's showing page title - category title - subject
  22. This looks indeed to be the issue we have a fix for in the next release of the platform
  23. Glad to hear they managed to sort the issue for you 🙂
  24. No problem at all, and have a nice day yourself 🙂
  25. In the case of a child theme, the parent theme is not ignored, no. Its just overridden
