  1. Please provide an example member you are logged in as, and we can take a look at that for you
  2. You would simply go to themes in your admin CP, click to create a new theme, and set that as default
  3. You would need to contact the author of your theme. I have set a default unaltered theme there, and things load with no problem as you can see. The one you have named default, is actually customised, as you can see on the right of that.

  5. You are not visiting clubs from a menu there in your video. You are clicking a specific club entry from a widget on your main page. You do have clubs set up in the menu, yes. And if you click the clubs link, it goes to the clubs list as needed. But the link you click in your video, is not that menu item To further explain. You are clicking the link in the red there. That is a list of clubs in that block, so you are clicking to visit the "Foster and Adoptive Parents" club. It will take you directly into that specific club. The link in the green at the top will take you to a list of all clubs

  13. We cannot assist with customisation unfortunately, however what exactly is it you are trying to achieve? Its not clear from what you have said there
  14. There is no way in which to fix lack of support on a specific browser from our end, unfortunately. Im not entirely sure they are correct in this however. Are they using iPhone? If so, its iPhone that lacks the support unfortunately.

  16. The issue there is that its taking some time for the payment to go through. So it is indeed expiring before its been paid. Both on the same day. To avoid this, you should generate the invoice earlier (the day before perhaps) or add a grace period of a day, in order to ensure the payment is processed by the card provider before it expires

  22. Unfortunately this is correct. At present you would need to drag to the upload area, rather than the text box, as there is no resolve for this at the present time
  23. We have not actually been able to reproduce this on the latest release. Please could you check on this release and let us know?
