  1. It is worth switching to using hCaptcha, which we find is the most effective at preventing spam registrations. You can set the sensitivity level on this also.
  2. Actually they are on the bottom of the purchase page before you purchase it. The software requires secure versions of PHP (currently PHP 8), with GD, mbstring, and all default PHP extentions, along with mySQL.
  3. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  4. Yes, this is correct. It 'may' be able to be done with custom templates, but its not something I have tested or tried to achieve personally
  5. Issues whereby you have duplicate keys are usually caused by 3rd party items adding keys. Do you have any type of RSS plugin or application present?
  6. When changing pricing, it should ask you if you want to update this for existing members. You would need to have selected to update this in order for it to be effective for current subscribers
  7. Ive seen your ticket there, and this has been escalated to our developers to take a look at for you
  8. This is on my list at present, as its constantly changing on facebook. The latest guide is here, but is not up to date with how the facebook pages look. You do however add the same items, its just their page layouts that have changed
  9. It seems you have a language pack there which isnt complete. Try creating a new language pack, which should correct that for you
  10. Im honestly not sure what you mean here. Please could you reword this? Is this 2 separate items you are referring to, or one?
  11. Glad to hear it 🙂
  12. That is really the only way in which to fix them, no matter who does it. If you see it happen again however, and can replicate it, let us know and we can take a look. Something is obviously manipulating it as it posts, but given you can post fine now, its likely no longer present
  13. Unfortunately all I can say is there is an issue in those topics in which you would need to correct the items. It may well be it was an issue in an older version. You do have at least one item there which is manipulating post content (trim empty lines) so if you do see it happening in the future, I would certainly disable that
  14. Please could you provide more information on this. Lightbox actually no longer exists in the latest release
  15. As mentioned, in this case, it's a theme issue
  16. I would suggest testing this with no 3rd party items enabled, as something there is breaking your content on submitting
  17. Its actually not. Pinning however isnt something within a topic. Pinning is the action of pinning the topic itself to the top of a forum. So its more that you were looking for recommend, than looking for pinning
  18. You would need to report this issue to the author of your theme. The poll option is only not showing on your custom theme unfortunately.
  19. Is this happening only on older items, or also on items you have added after that change?
  20. Only really if someone has access to post html and has broken it
  21. Please update access information and we can take a look.
  22. Given the ads on there, I would disable those and test first of all, in case one of those is causing you the issue. If that doesnt work, disable anything that is not stock and test. Failing that, let us know and we can take a closer look
  23. Ah, these are entry categories you are looking at, rather than blog categories. You would click "Edit blog" then you will see entry categories as a tab, where you can manage these.
  24. Very very very unlikely, given the previous issue. What resource, and what message is being received?
  25. Yes, that would indeed be required
