  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Please could you provide me with an example so I can take a look for you?
  3. Apologies there. The last response you received was incorrect in having to change on 22nd Jan, because of the plan you are currently on. The other responses however were in response to your questions. The plans have indeed changed, and you asked what you would need to change to if you changed, and that you were changing the way you run your site. You were answered on that basis, as we do have customers who want to switch to the new packages for their benefit.
  4. Certainly sounds like it. Hope you manage to get things sorted
  5. I would need to know the name of the member you are using for testing, that cannot see topics. I can then take a look to see what you are missing there
  6. Thank you for your feedback. The topic is added to our bug report, so would be reviewed on this being addressed in any case
  7. Could you clarify if the above resolved what you are asking about here? As shown, you can indeed pin more than one item.
  8. I have moved this to our developer forum, as this isnt really a support question here.
  9. I would need some examples of where you believe its not showing correctly. Also, could I confirm you have waited for the background tasks to complete rebuilding?
  10. Sorry, you would need to clarify what it is you mean here. Im not seeing anything incorrect in what you are showing in your image.
  11. A couple of questions before we begin looking at this for you 1 - You still have the converters installed from when you did the conversion? 2 - Were you using any custom URLs on xenforo using anything outside of xenforo? If any of the 2 above are yes, then redirecting would not work. We can account for only xenforo redirects, and the converter is what stores those redirects
  12. Spam defence is certainly stopping a lot. We see that on our own stats. As mentioned, if you have ways in which you would like to see these improved, please feel free to post them within our suggestions forum.
  13. You should test your site is fully functional on the test server before you begin an upgrade, as you have no way of knowing its functioning correctly before you begin. Then you should upgrade by uploading files over the original set. If you are not doing it in this manner, you are actually doing this in a manner differently to what is described in our documentation. If you are looking to 'clean up', that can be done after upgrading if needed. So you should be able to uninstall on the test instance also. Note, we do not support 3.x in any way, so support time would not be relevant in this scenario also.
  14. Yes, this would be due to the holidays. Please note, that just because you remove the application on 3.x, ,if you have the license for it you can still install it in the future. My colleagues comment was a way to help you forward
  15. This will likely be the speed at which tasks are running. If you havent already, set yourself up a cron job on your server, as shown here
  16. You cannot move them, as they are currently in the process of processing your last action (Moving or deleting its contents). You cannot hide a forum so it can be seen only from a link unfortunately
  17. I have added a flag for devs to take a look at this topic
  18. I have created a ticket for this so we can get it escalated. From what I can see things are done correctly there
  19. I can see your ticket there and will respond shortly. However you need to get that instance removed in order to install somewhere else.
  20. The admin details on file appear to be incorrect. Once those are updated we can take a look
  21. Feel free to post that up in the suggestions section of the community if you wish to see something like that added. The reality is though, as much as you put in place, the busier your site gets the more you have to manage manually. As fast as you add measures to prevent spammers, they will create ways around it. And as mentioned by opentype above, these tend to be humans creating the accounts at time
  22. It looks like you were sorted out in your ticket there. Please let us know if you are still having problems of course
