Kind of defeats the purpose to use this if you cannot refresh a thread you're in via the standalone app. The browser mode works, but then is it really an app and it opens a new tab every time you click on a new notification. 
Would love for this to be an enhancement request to have a refresh button in Standalone mode. 

I'm using https://www.boxfactura.com/pulltorefresh.js/ on one of my sites and really like it.

Make sure you are viewing your cloud account. I think you are viewing your self-hosted license.

Very sorry to hear you are seeing this again. We are working on some things in the background at present which I suspect may have caused this. We should have this resolved as soon as possible.

Coincidence in accessing when the servers were scaling to fit need 🙂 . Very rarely happens that this is visualized as it is very quick that it is unnoticeable.

Please clear your browser's cache and try again 🙂

We are in the process of moving some sites to our improved cloud infrastructure, and it will take some time to synch the change. We estimate it should take no more than 20 minutes.

I would expect it.
