So you can get to know Matt F better, I held a mini-interview with the 20-year-old developing prodigy. I said what I said. 
When he’s not coding, he’s cooking, fixing things (like cars, bikes, electronics, etc) and reading up on science, physics and philosophy. 
After asking him about his hobbies, I cut to the chase and asked him about his passion for coding and a few of his past experiences with it. He flexed his knowledge of philosophy right away.

He continued: “That being said, we're faced with the question of, 'how to improve upon one's ability to reason?' We improve upon our ability to reason the same way we can get better at most things: do it over and over again while challenging yourself more and more each time. And in the case of our ability to reason, problem solving and solution finding is, in my experience, the best way to challenge our ability to reason, therefore making it most conducive to increasing said ability to reason, in turn allowing ourselves to achieve our true potential. And software development persistently presents new problems to solve and solutions to find a great way to flex our brains and get better at reasoning.”
“So to sum up, to me, developing is more than writing code, it's more than solving problems. It's a way to achieve my true potential as a human being.”

Not to make this Hump Day topic about me, but, well... happy birthday to meeee 😂 🎂 I'm 33 today (April 7). 
Birthdays are always a great time to reflect on the past year. For ALL of us it's been a year of facing challenges and enduring.
Becoming part of the Invision Community team, and becoming more integrated in this community, was easily one of the highlights of my entire year. Love you guys!! 🙏 
Alright, alright, enough about me (😏), check out a mini-roundup of new 4.6 changes below. The list is dwindling down because we're inching near the finish line!
Oh and you didn't hear it from me, but we'll be formally announcing Achievements in a blog post in the near future 🤫. Be sure to follow me so you get the notification first!
- Fixed an issue where content was missing the proper share logo.
- Fixed an issue where post attachments sometimes used different styles within a list. Attachments in a list will always use a smaller 'inline' style now.
- Improved upgrade error messages. 
- .well-known can now be used as a folder name for Apple Pay verification in Commerce.
- Fixed an issue where it's possible to create two Folders with the same name, causing conflicts.
- Fixed an separate issue with the Easy Mode theme editor where a JS could be thrown due to a race condition.

I only found an issue when I went back to read an old topic and noticed side scrolling going on. After nailing the post and grammarly user which caused it, went back through the members post history to find multiple pages effected by it. 
Was an easy fix in the end, I told him I would ban him if he didn’t stop using it. He stopped. 😄

Just ran into a similar problem, thought I'd share my solution here.
When enabling IN_DEV, its important the correct boolean method is used.
e.g., in my case:
define('IN_DEV',  1);   = nuked css
define('IN_DEV', TRUE); = works fine

In December 2003 when I first startet my online community, it was quite random that the choice fell on Invision Power Board. Later though, I did some research on different community software, looked at pros and cons, and I was still happy with my choice. The forums look and work smooth and are very adaptable. I was able to add paid subscription packages back in 2008. The admin control panel is intuitive to use. And it only gets better. I am happy to pay for the constant development and the support that I can get.
