I don't see why. 4.4 (1.3.1) has long version 11011 and 4.5 (1.3.2) has long version 11012 so it should point that there's a new version. Have you clicked a few times and rebuilt the cache in support tool? Other users says that (other) apps shows update available after that.
Anyway, I will submit a new version to fix the original Contact Us link at the bottom not being replaced by the one of this app. Try again after the new version is available.

It changed from session configuration to account configuration. The way it is now is way better because you don't need to remember to check the anonymous box when you're loggin in on antoher device. From now on, if you chose to be hidden, you will be hidden in all devices you use.

I don’t think there’s a setting for this. If you are administrator, will show up. If it’s a member registered in last 30 days, will show up. If you’re the topic author, will show up.
Maybe you’re using a custom theme and it isn’t there?
