If you’re not hosted by IPS, take a look at this topic: If you agree to the new terms of your license, you can have all IPS apps right away, so you wouldn’t need to buy IP.Downloads. Actually they’re no longer selling separated apps. I strongly recommend the reading and make questions there if you have any doubts. It really worth it.

You didn’t read the description from my resource: This resource will restore a feature from IP.Downlodas 2.5.X (IP.Board 3.4): it will display files and members reports. My app extends IP.Downloads so IP.Downloads is required. It’s that simple. So if you’re not willing to purchase IP.Downloads and consequently use my resource, just let me know. I’ll ask a refund for your purchase. I have no other way to explain this to you.

Hello. Watch the video: Basically, after install, go to ACP -> Community and you'll see the Reports option in Downloads section. If you did that, are you getting this message when you click in the Reports link?

Just tested and works fine: I see this in the error you provided: My resources haven't a hook in the markPaid method so it probably isn't coming from my resource. Send a message with ACP account so I can see to whom the hook 2653 belongs.

You can take a look in merge method. There’s a loadFromUrl method somewhere in \IPS\Content\*** Mobile phone now. Can’t make sure where. -

This resource do not show content. It shows tabs from apps.

Basically, I have a content item that has a "privacy" column. If it is private, it shows to the item creator only; public shows to everyone. I can't use my getItemsWithPermission() because, you know, it is static so I can't check the author against the logged member. Even if I could use it, I wouldn't use it because the item must be accessible by direct link. It just can't be listed.

I have a few resources but also know others who restrict items viewing by extending \IPS\Helpers\Table\Content::getRows(). Will this be possible somehow?
