  1. Try to find the file. If you can’t or there isn’t anything logged in it, your best bet is to submit a support ticket.
  2. You should have value 4 in member_group_id in core_members table. There’s also a file in uploads/logs/ folder. You can see its content via FTP. I don’t remember the name but it stores the system errors.
  3. Are you still an admin? Did you have your group changed by any chance? If so, you can access your database via PMA and edit your user group.
  4. I prefer to not show something than show and say you can’t do it. The whole suite is like that: if you can’t create a topic on a specific forum, you simply don’t see the button.
  5. That’s the only and definite for Spotify. There’s no way to grab it anymore. That’s a change on the API. That’s all the information about an artist provided by the API: https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/#endpoint-get-an-artist There’s always a possibility to use another API to grab it but the challenge is to make sure both artists are the same in Spotify and in the other API, which isn’t easy because it will use a textual search, so honestly I don’t think it worths the job as it can bring data from someone else. Changes in the API are beyond the scope of the support and it’s not my fault. You will have to grab the biography elsewhere and paste there. The purchases are disabled because I didn’t add this notice in the file bit I will.

  12. Can you elaborate? Search by country? City? And by search you mean an internal filter/search?
  13. A better solution would be to archive them. People won’t be able to reply in these topics and they won’t show up in search results. They won’t also increase your DB size as they’re archived in another DB.

  15. I see what you mean: I thought you were saying it wasn't bringing ANY data from specific artists. It is bringing data from everyone, except the description. The API itself does not provide the artist biography. I get that via scraping their page, for example. This is the Kiss page: And from here was coming their biography: Happens that they removed the /about page: https://open.spotify.com/artist/07XSN3sPlIlB2L2XNcTwJw/about I can see the info is still there: but not in a page as it was before. I'll have to browse around and see where they placed that info. I should update it in upcoming days. ------------------------------------------ I don't see how I can grab it anymore. I requested to disable purchases on this resource until if it's fixed (if it is).
  16. We’ve merged ‘General Chat’ in with the Client Lounge to form ‘The Community Managers’ Lounge’. This is still a perk for active customers and the topics are not viewable unless you have an active license. You show as member, so you don’t have an active license.
