Is it possible to undelete a post that I deleted by mistake?

On my forum, I just deleted a post by mistake. Is it possible to recover it?

Check in Mod cp > deleted content

There is a Deleted Content section in the ModCP to do this. 

However, it only works if the “Permanently delete content” setting in the ACP ist not set to “immediately”.
