However we have the Commerce Option enabled for our community. 

I have updated the license key and refreshed etc, but no dice. 

Any suggestions?

For commerce or classifieds? Both were purchased and not sure which could be causing the issue. I think under technical problems fits...

Your call, but you are going to be told the same thing by Invision support.

 

 

As mentioned above, you need to post this within the support topic for the classifieds application. While I understand in mentions commerce there, its classified that is mentioning it

I installed Invision Community v4.7.15
However, the Classifieds application does not work. When I try to turn on the application, the entire forum stops working. I created a ticket on the support site, but have not yet received a response. Perhaps you can tell me how I can fix this.

We are currently in the process of migrating our platform from PHP7 to PHP8 in order to provide you with the greatest level of performance and security. We've identified one or more Applications or Plugins currently installed on your site which contain PHP8 incompatible hooks and/or subclasses. In PHP8, altering overloaded method signatures within a subclass results in a fatal error which can make a site completely inoperable. Also, our hook system relies on subclasses so this change applies to hooks as well. Therefore, this code must be either replaced with an updated version, removed, or disabled from your site as soon as possible.

If you are not sure what this means, you must contact the Author of any listed Application or Plugin for an updated version. If you cannot update to a PHP8 compatible version, the Application or Plugin will have to be disabled or removed.

Only support is from the author of the third party application. That is it is likely old and using PHP 8 incompatible functions or overloads. There is nothing you can do till the author updates their application.
