v4.7.5 Has issue with new members account.

Hi, since I update to Invision Community v4.7.5 anyone who registered an account after the update, those members gets a error 500, and the Admin gets an error 500 when clicking a new member profile in ACP members.

And IPS look at this ASAP.

You're using PHP 7.4.33 but the recent version requires PHP8.

This explains also all the errors like

it was on php8 I switch to php 7 trying to find the issue. If you click on the last created test members in APC you see it goes to blank page

I also disable app apps and plugin and the issue issue is there I only have this issue since IPS v4.7.5 update

Please ensure your PHP is set to 8 and then please obtain us the server error log as the above error is from PHP 7.

I only put php 7 temporary when I was trying to figure out the issue. it's now back to php8. can you login to my website and check ASAP. as no one can register and I am now loosing money.

A white error page would need to be grabbed from your Server Error log, not our software logs. I'm afraid, you would need to contact your hosting provider for assistance if you are unsure how to grab that error. Hosting management, such as grabbing error logs are outside our scope of support.

Neither of these errors are related to the issue, I'm afraid.

Those are this logs I see from my hosting. As I said this issue is due to IPS update as I did not have that issue before I updated my site to v4.7.5

I have 4 people who wanted to sign up to purchase items and due too this issue I am loosing out on sales

Yes, if you are unable to obtain the correct logs, I'm afraid, you would need to contact your hosting provider so we can know what the error is and provide you with a solution. Without the error logs, we do not know the error because your server is suppressing the error.

As I said I only get a white page when I click on a members profile in the ACP, all the other members profile that was created before I update to v4.7.5 is working fine. This issue has nothing to do with my hosting provider. This issue has to do with IPS v4.7.5. Did you login to my acp and click the user TEST member ?

Can you login to my site ACP and click this user TEST MEMBER 2 you will see that user profile goes to a blank white page while all the other users who registered yesterday profile page works fine.

I'm afraid, there is a disconnect. Please let me rephrase what I said. Currently, we do not have an error log entry to describe the error you're encountering so I cannot give you information on how to solve this. A white page is your server suppressing any action on that page due to an error, thus, we cannot use any information we have available to us to determine that error. Therefore, you would need to contact your hosting provider to obtain the error. We then can help you resolve the error once we know what the error is.

If you want to disable your third party applications/plugins to see if this makes any difference while waiting on a reply from your hosting provider, that is something else to do as this is often the issue when a third party add-on is not compatible with the most recent release.

You would need to increase your PHP memory limit. Something being loaded there is exceeding it.

You would need to disable all third party applications/plugins to see if that resolves the issue then. Something is exceeding it and the normal application should not do this.

I already disable all plugins themes and apps.

This issue has to do with updating to 4.7.5

I sent you the php logs now can you check my ACP for the issue ?

The PHP memory limit is already set to the maximum value which is 768MB
