PoC2
Hello, After updating to 4.7.0 [and updating to PHP 8] I get a notification in AdminCP about Locked Task: queue (last run: never) Quote One of the routine maintenance tasks which run in the background has failed several times, which may indicate a configuration issue. When I try to run the task manually I get a blank red banner with just: 1S111/1 Also, a whole series of errors in the System Logs: Quote queue_oore OutOfRangeException (0) multiredirect RuntimeException (0) Any advice or help much appreciated! Thanks. Edited July 6, 2022 by PoC2 Added extra info to title

I'm having the same issue (with PHP 8 or 7.4.33) after the 4.7 upgrade.

Please go to AdminCP > System > Support and apply the optional patch (if it's offered to you). You'll see a link to do this in the box on the top left of that page.
