red power magazine Posted November 5, 2021 Share Posted November 5, 2021 We updated to 4.6.8 yesterday and we noticed that when Firefox is used, the user cannot upload attachments. The user gets an Error code: -200. When the same user user changes to using Chrome on the same device, they can upload without issue. Any advice to correct this would be greatly appreciated. I've tested with a 4 kb gif file, a 185 kb jpg, and a 4.3 MB jpg. Chrome uploads them all without fail. Firefox looks like it is trying to upload but it eventually gives the -200 error. I am using version 94.0.1 of Firefox. Do you have any extensions/plugins on the browser? Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this on my own test install with this version of Firefox.
