User can't log in on other device after changing password

A user had been using their PC without issue.  They changed their password using their iPad.  Now they can't log in on their PC.

Any suggestions?

Which browser does your member use with a computer?

Has he tried signing in with another browser?

PP. If the security  setting " Check IP address when validating session?" is turned on and your member is different IP iPad from a computer, there is probably a blocking session.

Where is this setting?

The "Check IP address Session" Setting is only relevant for the ACP Sessions.

Hmm, any other thoughts then?  I've never read of this happened before.

Is the user using some password manager?

It might replace the new password with the old one.
