Can someone at Invision please assist me. I have paid 4 days ago online for IPB and I received the emails saying thanks for the order then another saying the credit card used passed the fraud checks but I never received the client login information. I have since lodged 3 support tickets and none have been responded too. I also called but due to the time difference between Australia and USA you have been closed when I have tried so I left a message. Please PM me of you can help.

I've noticed a few things on the forums and website, and thought I'd post to let you know. Nothing major, just little quirks. There are two options for german in the language selector, both display the forums in englishIDM is installed, but we have no permission to view it (there is a "Files" tab in the profile, and see here)The blog / gallery purchase pages are different to the idm one Blog/Gallery - compared to - IDMNot sure if this is intended, but there is still no IDM feedback forum, even though it has pages on the website

Email this calendar event - Feature request

One of our members on our forums wrote in to suggest a feature to which he hopes can be seen in the calendar. Our forum calendar has many many dates of all the exhibitions we're taking part in along with all the contra exhibitions. Upon clicking on the event in the calendar there could be a email this function where we can email the particular event post with all the details to some one who would be interested in the event. Hopefully in the future major update this feature would be considered and put in as well. Thanks :)

One of my admins pointed out that we've had a 7000% increase in posting activity according to the 'Posts per week' stats in ACP. However, that is very incorrect because all the posts we've pruned aren't taken into account! So those stats are only accurate back to the last prune. I suggest there be a task (it can be disabled by default) that grabs the stats info (posts per day) and stores it into the special table. This way, it'd be easy to show this statistic to members as well (as it'd be pretty easy on the server). Other things like # of member registrations can be stored as well. Well... I'm with IPS hosting and they moved my site to a new server today. I must say it was done very fast and professionally, was told when it was being done, when it was finished and Blake went to a high level when he took the time to explain to me how I could get to see the new site (I'm a Noob lol) cos I was the only person who was still getting the page displaying that ChC was being moved and the other admin told me loads of members were online including himself! Fantastic service! Thank you! :D

This would be great if you could implement this feature in a future version, as a IPB Skinner it makes things complicated and even more complicated if you have staff that design skins but you dont want them to have FTP Access, so i'd like to see an option to edit the RTE_CSS file in the admincp like you can with the standard stylesheet. I dont understand why this isnt already there but ok lol. By the way do you have an estimated release for 2.2.3? 2 Months? 6 Months? Year? And as above but for 3.0 Kindest Regards,

I have a community with more than 50,000 pictures uploaded and much more coming. People ask me why don't we have in IPB the possibility that free servers give uploading up to 10 pictures at the same time. We have our own server but people prefer to upload in imageshack.us or imagevenue.com since they have this possibility. They have to upload one picture and after that to do the same operation for the second picture, can't we have 10 windows for ten pictures? Thank you! :D

It would be nice if IPB would support the PHP tag BBCode as a standard BBcode in IPB 3.0. I doubt that it would be that hard to do and it would come in handy on many forums, especially ones like this one and IPSBeyond, where code snippets are posted quite frequently. Having to post PHP code in a code box might seem logical, but just think of the benefits: * Syntax highlighting. (A big one.) * It stands out more. * PHP is very common (not saying it deserves special recognition because of this, just look at all of the sites that use ASP or ColdFusion.) * Plus many more... . I thought I would post this, its a change I've started to notice more and more with IPS and since there isnt really much positive feedback in this forum, I thought I would post some. IPS has really improved alot with respect to customer service. From a mixture of personal experience, and reading through topics in this forum, staff are actively listening and acting upon complaints and suggestions. The overall attitude of the company seems to have become much more professional, and for the first time I think I can honestly say IPS is really a customer focused company. Well Done! Keep it up IPS.

Most people look at the 'Leaders' page to get in touch with an admin. Right now, they only see an alphabeticalized list and their 'location'. It'd be a lot better imo if they were ordered by 'Last Active' (and a column that shows 'last active' date/time).

The new ACP has a "Characters allowed in usernames" which is great although still doesn't give admins full control over what is being used. I feel a "Characters disallowed/banned in usernames" section underneath the other would be very useful and allow board admins to ban specific characters. The result? Full control of what is allowed/disallowed in user/display names.

Found an error on the website

While I was makeing a ticket I posted it. BUT..... When the redirect screen came on to tell me that the ticket was received I notived something. The copyright at the bottum of the page is still in the php or whatever code it does not reconize it. The ticket was put into the catagory of Sales. If you could please check this out this would be good for you because I think that this is one of the first errors on the new website that you guys haven't found.
