Does this form work at all?

I'm not getting the email with a password reset. My email address is: admin AT jusunlee DOT com. Can a staff member verify this and send a password reset manually?

It's likely that the e-mail is getting sent to a spam/bulk-mail folder. Please e-mail sales@invisionpower.com, and we can reset your password via e-mail.

Your login details were resent to you yesterday. I am going to resend them now from my own email. Let's hope you receive it. If not, it may be that you have provided an incorrect email address (perhaps mis-typed it)?
