paid for software, no client info sent

Can someone at Invision please assist me.

I have paid 4 days ago online for IPB and I received the emails saying thanks for the order then another saying the credit card used passed the fraud checks but I never received the client login information.

I have since lodged 3 support tickets and none have been responded too.

I also called but due to the time difference between Australia and USA you have been closed when I have tried so I left a message.

Please PM me of you can help.

I think you should have specified a login when registering?



No it only asks for

First Name
Last Name
Company
Country
Address 1
Address 2
City
State
Zipcode
Phone Number
E-mail

then after proceeding it then asks for credit card details. No where does it allow me to specify a password for the client login. The password retrieval doesn't send out a password either. It would seem the client account was not created at all.
