I had one ticket that I opened on like a Thursday or a Friday and it had to wait for a response from Brandon until Monday (which is understandable since he is a busy guy :P ), but OTOH I ordered the Gallery and Downloads Manager at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon recently, fully expecting to have to wait until the following Monday. At 8:10 AM that Sunday morning, my order was approved (I guess by Charles since he was on the boards at the time). So yes, they do approve orders on the weekends. :)

Was this long ago? I cannot remember tickets staying open that long in recent history.

Tickets that require developer review may need to work later. We do not have developers working on the weekends, just standard support staff.

I know, which is why I said it was understandable. I don't expect a response from people like that that fast anyway. It surprised me that you guys sent out the original response as fast as you did as it is. :)

Thanks IPS for your nice improvements, I have noticed IPS has gotten better but these members of staff made a diffrence. I want to especially want to thank Keith in Support, Debbie in Billing, Nathkisa (Can't Spell) on the phone in Billing and Jonathan in Sales and especially bfarber for getting my board up and running when I screwed it up :lol:
